Location good. Staff good. Functional. Room OK. No fridge. But.... And this is a VERY BIG BUT - THE HOTEL TURNS OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING FROM 11 TO 8. Why? WHY??? WHY???????? Why would you do that? We were SO HOT...... SOOOOOOOOO HOT What possible reason would they have for turning off the air con?

Velmi milý personál, pokoje dostačující, snídaně výborné, bylo mi zajištěno bezlepkové pečivo i bezlaktózové mléko, na poslední brzký odjezd přichystali balíček opět s rostlinnými, bezlepkovými a bezlaktózovými potravinami, odcházím velmi spokojená, děkuji. Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.

Generally speaking I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is good close to rhe station and the park and the city center. Breakfast was excellent in a nice spacious dining rooms + veranda. Staff was correct and helpful at most times. Room was OK in size. Most my comments relate to the room: 1. No air conditioning, the small cooler they provide is not effective enough. 2. No drawers and shelves to put the cloths only hanging...not practical not satisfying when staying for a week duration. 3. No basic vanity kit nor conditioner in the bathroom...really not suited for a 4 stars hotel. I had to buy this stuff. Can't understand this kind of stupid negligence (I did ask in reception for conditioner and they confirmed they don't provide it....). 4. Poor TV offer of channels....not so critical but still .... 5. Room service shuts down very early in the evening so what's the point of it?

I was warmly welcomed late in the evening. The check-in was very pleasant and charming. The room was very spacious, a little dark, but not disturbing. The encounter with the supposed governess in the morning also left a professional impression. The bike hire service is a must to discover more of the surrounding area. The highlight was the restaurant visit in the evening. A wonderful 4-course surprise menu from the kitchen at a high level. The service was also incredibly harmonious and i was well looked after. The homemade butter and the homemade bread were simply heavenly. In general, I can say that this hotel is a little hidden gem in the heart of the Netherlands. Een mooi hotel, vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid staan hier hoog in het vaandel. Kamers keurig op orde, schoon en netjes verzorgt. Door de eigenaar en echtgenote wordt samen met het team regelmatig voor de gasten een verrassing georganiseerd, zo hadden wij een mooie wandeltocht met begeleiding en onderweg lekkere warme chocolademelk met een warme gevulde koek. Het was wild dat op de kaart stond dus ook nog een keer extra verrast met hoornblazen door een groep jagers. Helemaal geweldig. Het wild arrangement dat wij geboekt hadden was ook voortreffelijk. Enorm genoten. Kwaliteit gastvrijheid en dit met een persoonlijke tint maakt dit een nieuwe favoriet op onze lijst
