"Last minute trip to Warwick left me scrambling for accomodation. Came across 53 on Victoria and was really impressed! The rooms were really well furnished and it had a very nice modern bathroom. As for the bed, it was exceptional..! Have not had such a good nights sleep for some time. The process of checking in etc was all very smooth."

"A Historic 100 year old hotel, with a large front verandah in a central location, close to a large shopping centre & supermarkets, Town Hall (with clock tower that rang out the hour every hour), cafes, hotels, etc. Comfortable bed with too fat pillows & a sometimes noisy A/C. No breakfasts, but a small communal lounge with a fridge & tea making. Lots of fireplaces in this hotel, which remained un-used even when the temp dropped below zero. Helpful staff & reasonably priced food."
