"The Margin Street Inn is always a little piece of heaven! This was our second visit and we found even more reasons to fall in love with the place, from the delicious homemade breakfasts to the welcoming happy hour and the exquisite room decor. The inn is spacious and peaceful even when busy, and Sarah and Chris went out of their way, as ever, to help us with the things we needed: including beach supplies for an impromptu day at the beach, and a recommendation of which beach to go to (Napatree)! We love all that Westerly has to offer, and Margin Street is a wonderful respite after a day of playing tourist."

"The hotel felt and looked more like a $50-a-night roadside motel than a beach-side property charging the $600 per night that we paid. The towels were tiny, rough, and so thin that they were see through and we were given no extra pool/beach towels despite the room having a shelf with a written label dedicated to that. We didn’t end up using the pool or beach anyway because both were tiny, overcrowded, and beyond unappealing.  You have to drag your luggage alone up flights of stairs as there is no elevator and no help. Our sheets had a stain upon arrival, the carpet was dirty, and despite staying multiple nights, our room was never serviced. There was no iron, no coffee or water in the room, the refrigerator wasn’t cold and was falling apart, and there wasn’t even a phone to call downstairs. When we requested an iron we were told they didn’t even have any but that a steamer would be sent up- it wasn’t and we had to go downstairs and ask again an hour and a half later. We were also told we’d received the last two clean towels in the hotel… and there wasn’t even water available in the lobby when we checked out. Our friend’s room was even worse, smelling and feeling damp with the carpet turning your feet black if you walked barefoot."

"This place is so rundown and old and we could not stay here for our wedding anniversary. I was so upset when we pulled up. It looked like something out of a horror movie! No air conditioning in the dining area. The room air conditioning barely worked. Paint chips all over the entrance. Windows blown out. Disgusting and I can’t believe the cost!"

"If you’re looking for a quaint B&B in the Westerly area, look no further! The Villa was so lovely; beautifully decorated, clean and inviting! Especially loved the jacuzzi in the room! Katie and Matt were phenomenal hosts, that provided a wonderful breakfast and enjoyable conversation. Can’t wait to return!"
