Essential services and amenities that formed part of the accommodation purchase were unavailable for a significant portion of our stay. Additionally, the gym, spa, pool facilities, and elevator service were completely unavailable. Throughout the outage, the hotel provided little to no communication regarding the situation, expected duration, or available alternatives. Poor communication. At checkout, I was advised that no refund would be provided."

"The only concern I had was the amount of open fire cooking and propane tanks on the outside edge of parking lot, the Hispanic clientele was enormous and cooking for their family’s on the premises. There was even on the spot under the trees, were giving haircuts. Of which I would think was a huge liability. The last picture is them getting money for there work out of the back of a pickup truck."

"Chrysalis Inn and Spa is exactly what one envisions as the perfect experience in every way. We had the Full Bay water view room with fireplace and extra large window seat which really added to the ambiance. The bathroom slide away wall offered a water view even from the bathtub. Keenan’s on the Pier restaurant within the Inn was so convenient for room service with excellent menu. Walking distance to cute village of Fairhaven was fun for shopping and exercise as well as the boardwalk over the water out front of Inn. We’ll return again and again. "
