전반적으로 근처의 호텔보다 크고 깨끗했습니다. 또 근초 출장으로 방문한 것이라 위치가 중요했는데 거리도 괜찮았고 주변에 큰 타겟과 식당들이 많아 위치상으로도 너무나 만족할 수 있었습니다. 다만 코로나 기간이라 방청소나 수건과 같은 서비스는 필요할 경우 따로 연락을 취해야해서 조금 불편함이 있었습니다.

性價比不好

Pretty average for the cost. Breakfast ends at 9am sharp. Cereal choices were Cocoa Puffs and granola. Scrambled eggs. Tiny yoghurts. We stayed 3 nights. My biggest complaint is the overuse of air fresheners. They are everywhere, shooting out a smoke of heavy fake vanilla scent, which you can't escape; in hallways, breakfast area, elevator. It made me cough...a lot. Room was fine, tho toilet seat was missing a screw and thus very loose and carpet was very stained. There are soap, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, which was really nice. We never were able to get Netflix or anything on TV because of lack of wifi power.

Seemed like a decent room but some things got on my nerves. First all, my room was on third floor so I got on the elevator inside the building on ground floor but when I got to the third floor I exited to an outside walkway where it was cold. What kind of system is this? The room was clean and mattress firm but the shower rod was busted so the curtain slid to the middle, which meant water was splashing all over the floor! They can't even fix a simple shower curtain rod and it causes a big mess. Finally, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my $50 cash security back when I checked out. A customer shouldn't have to wait this long for housekeeping to inspect the room to make sure there are no damages. It just seems like this hotel wants to make your stay unpleasant. It's too bad, because it's in a great location and close to the main expressways in Chicago.
