"We had booked by email and received confirmation, but when we arrived at 18.30, the host woman looked a little strange when she resolved her puzzle. There was 1 ether. A small half hour later, the dishes were served very hot and were of reasonable quality, and fortunately another Dutch family and two ladies from Belgium came, and we calculated a reasonable price. It was the only hotel restaurant in Zuschen, but for us a result in our last night to not ride far for a restaurant, because the huge amount of snow did not really make it possible."

"Really beautiful hotel, and a lovely location. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and wide selection of choices. Well presented and kept well stocked. Rooms were comfortable and clean, lovely fluffy robes! Really enjoyed the saunas as well, just what was needed after an active day! Location is fabulous for mountain biking, close to several decent downhill parks. Staff at the hotel were the best, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Baris in particular went above and beyond, we had a biking injury and he helped us with the hospital visit due to language barrier and made sure we had all we needed after the accident - thank you, Baris! Hopefully we will be back again soon for more biking fun! And to try the new cocktails!"
