"The hotel is not bad, but Very poor soundproofing, you can hear everything in the hallway and on the street Very poor cleaning in the room, it was dirty when we checked in"

Comfort Inn Auburn-Worcester

"The hotel has a good location with convenient transportation and is relatively safe. Macy's is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean and odor-free. They assigned me a accessible room with a large bathroom. The only issue was that they charged me a security fee of over $2 upon check-in, which I cancelled upon check-out. Otherwise, there were no problems. The breakfast was also good. Very good!"

"This hotel is very cost-effective, with relatively new facilities, clean rooms, free breakfast, and rich meals. It is an hour's drive from Boston to stay here. The traffic is relatively smooth, and parking is free. I feel that if I stay here at night, I can go to Boston for fun and business during the day. very convenient"

"The room was cleaned very well, but the facilities were old. When I took a shower on the first day, there was some black stuff falling off the shower head. It looked like mold, which was a bit disgusting."
