He said in the laundry room. He didn't tell me the specific location of the laundry room and the specific location of the ironing machine. I hung up the phone and went to find the laundry room. There was no ironing machine inside. I called again and it was still delivered to my room. The man who delivered the things was obviously not the same person as the front desk clerk. The voice was different. The service attitude was very good and he taught me how to use it in detail. But I don't think this can cover up the bad service attitude of the front desk. I hope the management will make corrections in time.
