A good stay at the Mercure. The location is bit away from the more happening part of the city. Rooms were clean. However the bathroom kits need to be.checked before guests arrive. The front desk was amazing for check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was good. However, care needs to be taken to refill finished items. At the Mercure, its.important to pay attention to these details.

This is a proper 4 star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The toiletries are pretty good, the towels are soft and neat. It even includes a bath tub and has a clothes iron. There is a comfortable sofa to lounge on. There is no AC, but Xining is usually cold a d you wouldn't need an AC. The location is great too. Its overlooking the river.
The only issues are
1. The breakfast spread is very very limited
2. It's a very old hotel and smells like one
If you are okay with the limited breakfast spread and the smell, then this is a great hotel for the price.

Awesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes.
I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

Highly recommended. Enjoyable stay and affordable. Staff upgraded our room to a suite Good views of this city. Also gave us a free breakfast one day which was decent for the most part. Great location in/near the muslim neighborhood. The only complaint might be was that it was difficult to get the temperature of the room down on these hot, Summer days, even at night (no A/C available).

If you want to be right in the happening then the location is a bit out but nothing that can’t be reached with a bus in half an hour or a taxi even quicker.

服務：前台小姐姐長的非常漂亮😭，忍不住誇一下，而且人也很好，還給升級了房間。
酒店自帶的早餐也很好吃呀，有早餐的酒店真的體驗感超好，幸福度很高。
順便説一句，青海的酸奶和釀皮真的好好吃😂，西寧最便宜。

Saya tahu berapa banyak yang saya rendam. Anda boleh membeli makanan dengan harga 30 yuan pada waktu petang. Terdapat banyak hidangan lazat. Petang sangat meriah. Setiap hari terdapat lebih daripada selusin orang untuk bermain dengan manusia serigala yang baru-baru ini. Biliknya sangat selesa.

小小马克斯This hotel has some absolutely great features but overall I would never stay there again.
I was initially very impressed with the great service on check in (including no fuss about a foreign passport) and the high tech features of the hotel seemed amazing - you use an an app to open the door and control the room functions such as opening the curtains and turning on the lights. There was also a robot wandering around with no obvious function but had some mad telekinesis skills on show in the lift. So far, great, impressed, 5 stars.
However, all of this high tech wizardry was no good when the temperature of the room was like 30 degrees and there was no air con. It was actually a pleasant and cool evening in Xining and walking back to the hotel after dinner I was even partially looking forward to a nice warm duvet. But the room itself would make the Fins sweat. There was no place for duvets in a sauna. We phoned reception about this and they suggested opening the window (a revelation that we'd made independently), however the window in question was about the size of an A4 paper and the draft was about as powerful as an asthmatic playing air saxophone. We asked for a fan and they said they get it sorted but they never did so we had to open the door thereby exposing any other guests to this sight of me starfished in a pool of sweat.
Apart from the being hotter than the surface of Venus, the TV also didn't work, or at least it did for about ten minutes before cutting out.
Essentially long story short, this hotel was nailing some of the top level stuff but needed a bit of works on the basics.
Breakfast was so so. Tea or coffee would have made it better.

PPengguna TetamuExcellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai.
What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway.
But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

-- b a n k -Great hotel situated nearby the Wanda mall and Tangdao walking street. I was impressed with how stunning the hotel is and pre-arrival experience was really remarkable. It is according to what I expected from Sofitel Hotel; however, my experience this time didn't reach my expectation. First, I was asked to pay CNY99 in order to use the swimming pool even if I already said that I was staying there. Second, the air-conditioner was not cool enough. I asked the staff to help me adjust it, but it seemed not work well. I slept with sweating all night. Lastly, I asked concierge to recommend me where I could find the night walking street and street food, but the answer I got was to search the word ”Tangdao” by myself. This is unacceptable. I wouldn't expect concierge to just provide me this simple answer. I can even do that by myself. What was the point from seeking for the recommendation from concierge? I have seen that one of them even got Les Clefs d'Or so that I expected the whole team to provide me something beyond my expectation. Please consider this issue. Thank you very much.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Front Office Depar**ent for their warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The staff members were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Additionally, I would like to commend the Service Depar**ent for their outstanding dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns, the service team consistently exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism.
Furthermore, I would like to recognize the Back Office Depar**ent for their behind-the-scenes efforts in maintaining the hotel's operations seamlessly. From housekeeping to administrative tasks, their commi**ent to excellence contributed significantly to the overall positive experience during my two-Day stay.
The Boli Yabu Hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern amenities and attentive staff, made my business trip to Xining both productive and enjoyable. The proximity to key attractions such as the Qinghai Province Museum, Xining Wildlife Zoo, and Plateau Pearl Sightseeing Tower further enhanced my stay, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city in my downtime.

JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

YYang·不得不説這家酒店給人驚喜，來過青海很多次了，第一次入住這家酒店，本來就是想在火車站附近隨便住一晚湊活一下，因為第二天要趕車，也沒有對火車站周邊的酒店抱有太大期望，一百多的價格有如此服務簡直讓人驚掉下巴，對比了周邊的酒店價格都是大差不差的，看了評分選擇的這家酒店，果然攜程評分4.8也是槓槓的，説是青海3鑽酒店的no.1也是不為過的，首先説一下前台的服務，從進門開始就能讓人感覺到滿滿的温暖，辦入住的時候前台小姐姐會貼心的遞上一瓶熱水，這一細節很加分，讓冰冷的心都熱起來了，之前住過的4.5鑽酒店都是沒有這種服務意識的，其次辦完入住前台小姐姐會貼心的告訴你，房間不滿意有任何問題都可以聯繫他們，很少有酒店會這麼貼心，辦完入住上去在樓道里遇到客房阿姨們都非常有禮貌，會主動問好指引房間，過一會前台會打電話詢問安排的房間是否滿意，這一下子就讓我這疲憊的心情愉悦起來了，房間衞生也很乾凈，設施設備也很不錯，衹要你能喝，礦泉水也是無限續瓶，酒店暖氣是分時間段供暖，但這個對我來説可以接受，因為房間確實不冷，如果是特別怕冷的可以加被子或者暖風機，早上走的比較早，退房時趕不上早餐，前台也貼心的打包了早餐，出門時工作人員會問你去哪裡，給你指引路線，這點也值得表揚，總而言之，這家酒店閉眼住，不踩雷，不能説是一呼百應吧也是能做則做，盡力滿足大家的需求了。下次還要去他家住，過兩天去西安也是認準康鉑酒店了！

ꪗꪗ＆ꪶKemudahan bilik dan tahap keselesaan adalah ok. Sebab saya dapat 5 adalah kerana pengalaman itu benar-benar okay, tetapi penghawa dingin tidak dihidupkan pada bulan Jun. Tabiat peribadi saya adalah tidur pada waktu malam dengan udara yang mengalir, dan bilik itu masih sedikit pengap. Barat Laut China Terdapat perbezaan suhu yang besar antara siang dan malam. Ruang tamu boleh membuka tingkap untuk pengudaraan. Terdapat sistem bekalan oksigen di dalam rumah, yang cukup baik. Saya tidak mempunyai penyakit ketinggian. Pengalamannya masih sangat selesa. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Ia bersebelahan dengan Wangfujing Department Store dan terdapat banyak restoran. Minuman dikenakan bayaran. Harap maklum bahawa, secara relatif, di suite ini agak pelit. Sebotol 6 yuan pun boleh. Sarapan pagi juga sangat kaya. Secara keseluruhannya okey. Ia adalah hotel mercu tanda di Xining, yang sepatutnya merupakan China Construction Bank. industri.
