We originally booked a Polar Bear King Room, but since it was my birthday, the front desk automatically upgraded us to a family room. Our room even had a view of the Animal Kingdom's 9 PM fireworks show. The hotel has plenty of entertainment facilities. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular. Room amenities felt a bit average though; there were too many light switches, and it was hard to tell which one did what – a master switch would be great. I'd suggest removing the carpet from the rooms (it gets dirty too easily and is hard to clean). Also, adding more towel and clothes hooks in the bathroom would be a good idea. Overall, it's a pretty good spot, especially for families traveling with kids."
