"Located in the old town of Xinxiang, this hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Xinxiang Station and the bus terminal. Given that President Jiang Zemin stayed here in 1992, it can be assumed that it was a luxury hotel for that time. The breakfast was good. The next morning, I had an itinerary that included Tianjishan Mountain, which is part of the Bali Scenic Area; since the bus terminal was nearby, I had no trouble catching the 8 o'clock bus after breakfast. As it is a city hotel, there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops nearby."

Knowing it was a room that had been repaired multiple times, why didn't they send someone to check it on the day of the leak instead of just giving a perfunctory response? Why didn't they help us change rooms immediately after the leak, requiring multiple negotiations? The most ridiculous thing is the hotel's WeChat messages asking for positive reviews—all they ask is to copy and paste. Are all these positive reviews fake? If you want customer satisfaction, you should improve your work and management first."
