"Extremely disappointed with this booking; I feel completely ripped off. The description initially stated the hotel was just over 800 meters from Pang Dong Lai, but it's actually much further away – you can see in the photos. They shouldn't be misleading people like this! The hotel photos are also deceptive. The main entrance is in a tiny alley, inaccessible by car, which is incredibly frustrating on a rainy day. To catch a taxi, you have to walk all the way out to the main street. Even the complimentary toothpaste provided by the hotel couldn't be opened and was therefore unusable."

Surprisingly, the place even provided two face masks and makeup remover wipes, which was really thoughtful. They also provided a very cute children's toothbrush, making it perfect for family trips! Besides the excellent hotel accommodations, the facilities are also top-notch.
