"We extended our stay by a day because of the unexpectedly great service and breakfast. This hotel is genuinely good value; they let you use points liberally. Most hotels only let you redeem a few dollars, but here they actually deduct a significant amount. We originally came to Xinxing for the hot springs, but I highly recommend staying at the Sheraton for two days to unwind. It's definitely excellent value for money."

"I visited the Guo'en Temple in Xinxing with my parents and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is brand new, and the service is top-notch. Two private hot spring pools: The hot springs on the first basement floor are unique, and the evening shift attendant was incredibly kind. General Manager Huang is young, beautiful, capable, and has a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel right at home. She truly inspires customer loyalty! It's impressive how well she manages the hotel, born in '94, being authoritative with staff and empathetic with guests. I will definitely be back to hopefully meet her again. The front desk staff, especially Leah, was also great; she offered us a welcome drink. At breakfast, I was surprised by a sour tea, but the waitress patiently explained it to me – it was super helpful! Overall, the service was excellent!"

"This onsen hotel, despite being ten years old, is spotlessly clean. Every corner of the room was immaculate, which is truly impressive and hard to maintain over time. The hot spring pools were also comfortable and clean, with plenty of tea and towels provided. The food in the restaurant and lounge bar was fresh and local. The service, from the front desk to the onsen and restaurant staff, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the interesting and lively 'Sékong drum' class. This is a remarkably well-managed onsen hotel where you can truly leave everything behind and fully enjoy your vacation. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to before you even leave."

"1. The room had an unpleasant odor and a musty smell. We contacted the front desk, and Auntie Ya came to check and spray air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was rather poor; she used water as air freshener, which we later discovered. She said it would start to smell fresh after spraying, but we didn't notice the smell at all. We immediately asked Auntie Ya to use a different air freshener. Auntie Ya's attitude was really problematic. 2. The breakfast was poor; there was nothing to eat, and no chef was making noodles on the spot. And there was no coffee. 3. The location is excellent, the front desk staff were very polite and friendly, and the service was very good."

The front desk patiently told me that I made up the difference and finally stayed in the family suite. The scenery outside the window of the room was very good. After the rain, the sea of clouds in the distant mountains on the opposite side was really beautiful and healed the mood of the day. "A hotel with no humanity. I checked in around 1 PM on December 14th. I went to the balcony to check on the soaking tub. Seeing some water, I prepared to fill it with cold water to rinse myself. However, as I entered the tub, I slipped and fell. The hotel arranged for two people to accompany me to Xinxing People's Hospital. X-rays showed minor injuries to my left foot and head, but a comminuted fracture of my right big toe. I returned to my room around 5 PM. After returning, the general manager's assistant added me on WeChat, saying I could call the hotel front desk for help if needed. I mentioned that it was inconvenient to use the toilet at night and asked them to buy me a crutch. They said they didn't have any nearby, as the hotel was far from the city center. After repeated requests and negotiations, they finally bought one around 9 PM. Around 6 PM that afternoon, we made two requests regarding this accident: first, to arrange a driver to take us back to Bao'an District, Shenzhen (210 km), as we couldn't drive; second, to buy an electric wheelchair for me to use back in Shenzhen, costing around 3,000 yuan. After my cast was removed, I returned the wheelchair to the hotel. The hotel wasn't responsible for any follow-up treatment, including hiring a caregiver. But this morning, the hotel staff said the general manager wouldn't agree to either of our requests, and that we, as adults, had to take responsibility. How am I supposed to get back to Bao'an? They don't care; they just said the insurance company would contact us, and then nobody paid any attention to us. Is there any hotel this inhumane? Isn't my slipping and falling related to the hotel's poor cleaning practices?"
