"I really like this hotel and have booked twice.  The front desk check in lady is fantastic! I wish I remembered her name but she has a bright personality and was so wonderful with my little 4 year old niece. I will book again because of her, location, and the cleanliness of the hotel.  I really wish the hot tub would have been fixed.  The breakfast was decent, the coffee from the machine is Meh. The breakfast server could be more friendly and helpful. Over all a good stay!"

"My stay at this location was wonderful! Jennifer was so professional and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location, just minutes away from Arizona Western College. I loved that I had time to enjoy the basketball court while my husband grilled some burgers on the outdoor grill. The view from the property is beautiful, making it such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!"

"The price looked good, so that is why I booked this hotel. Check in was relatively simple and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, once the first impression was made, I would up being given a room with a defective lock. I got a new room and, to be honest, the room saw better days. It was also clear that the room was poorly maintained and there were plumbing issues that manifested themselves when I was about to leave. It was also noted that servicing the room was not a priority as the shampoo dispenser was empty. All of that was unfortunate because the staff was excellent. They couldn't, however, make up for the rest of the stay. Would I stay here again? No."

"Housekeeping was horrible, the bedsheets and blanket sheets were left unchanged- many dust and hair left inside of the sheets. Had to ask for brand new sheets and changed it myself. They charge extra $4 for a room with microwave and a fridge- thought these were the motel standards. Facilities were old and the bed was squeaky."
