Xiyuan Inn (Zhangjiajie West High-speed Railway Station)

This place is really nice, it’s clean and spacious. You have also washing machines which is very convenient for solo traveler ! The staff is also very kind !

+inn is family run, and owner provides complimentary pick-up/drop-off service +room is affordable, relatively spacious and clean, and the switches can be voice-activated! +accessible by bus #4 and #6 from the local bus terminal (adjacent to ZJJ West Railway Station), CNY2 per trip, only 3 stops from the terminal +quiet surrounding and in close proximity to a local school, expect to hear roosters in the mornings, dogs in the nights, and school activities throughout the day +good base, if you plan to make day trips to ZJJ Grand Canyon/Glass Bridge, and the nearby Fenghuang and Furong ancient towns +coaches to Grand Canyon/Glass Bridge depart from the High Speed Rail Bus Station (also adjacent to ZJJ West Railway Station)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help. He provided us with detailed and helpful information, making our trip as tourists much easier. He even went out of his way to drive us to the railway station, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

We had such a nice stay at Xiyuan Inn !! The emplacement is really practical, close to the Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, so it was perfect to use as base to explore the region, as nearby scenic areas such as Fenghuang Ancient Town and Furong Ancient Town are accessible by train from Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. Only thing is, the inn’s area is still under construction so Didi drivers might be a bit confused when they drive you there for the first time. But you will quickly get the hang of it so no worries. It’s also not too far from the airport. The inn owners are super helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they really felt like my parents and that was very nice and warm. If you ask in advance, they can even transfer you to the nearby train station for free. The hotel is super new and clean with a traditional decor that we really appreciated. We had a very nice stay, 100/100 would recommend!!

Really nice new hotel in a brand new developed neighborhood close to Zhangjiajie West station. The boss was very kind and offers free pick ups and drop offs from the Train station. You have everything you need and of good quality. I would stay here again.

今晚本是特別糟糕的一天，最後一天列車的臨時取消，加上來湖南後訂到的賓館環境也不好，不是晚上睡覺空調直吹臉，就是大早上附近裝修，甚至有的更過分廁所居然還是個蹲坑，人洗澡還要站在坑上洗等…導致了本次旅遊心情一言難盡，離開的前一天又看到原定的列車在發車前兩個小時臨時取消且無任何其他車次而被迫在張家界滯留説實話人都木了，非常鬧心的想着找個附近的小旅館湊合一晚，留意到備註裏包接送，種種在湖南的不順經歷導致我憋着一股莫名的火撥通了老闆的電話，老闆當時應該是已經休息，但還是很詳細和耐心的告訴了我等車的地點，到達後已近23點，然後接下來老闆做了一件很讓我驚訝的事：因為附近應該是在裝修導致路不太好走，所以上了年歲的他把我和朋友的兩個死沉的行李箱一路提起來走進了旅館…明明天黑誰都看不清路，明明就算拉着我的行李箱走我們也不會在意，但是老闆還是注意到了擔心把行李箱的輪子弄壞這一點，進到旅店後老闆娘也出來迎接，知會我們已經提前把空調打開了，我再度被震驚，進屋後屋內也確實涼爽舒適，通明整潔…後面在屋裡觀察了一圈又數次被這家的細節打動：首先因為其他旅店的蹲坑廁所給我整出應激了所以我特別在乎衞生間方面，馬桶乾淨自不必説，不衹是洗髮露等是大瓶裝的而非袋裝，牙膏也是牌子貨，花灑也是很方便的開關方式，水温也穩定舒適，地面漏水斗是複式的不會返味，甚至是垃圾桶都是懸空貼牆帶蓋子的！ 其次是房間的整體，空調無異味通風良好不直吹人…實木傢俱無甲醛釋放…門口有衣掛且剛好在空調下方保證了洗好的衣服最快晾乾…不想用酒店的水壺又忘記買水卻恰好看到旁邊擺着兩瓶冰露…巨大屏幕使用起來觀感非常舒服的電視…自恢復開關的多檔調節…強力的衞生間除濕排放…怕你掛衣服不方便在下方放置的y型掛衣掛…銅牛模型背部可開合且無煙灰的煙灰缸…兩張床卻放置四把的椅子…角落的小瓶香氛…兩個人都可以睡一張的1.8米大床…甚至床頭抱枕一點異味都沒有！！ 本人是個很注重衞生和細節的人，房子的很多裝潢的巧思仔細觀察都能讓人感受到老闆是個很周到細心且愛護羽翼的人，如果要我給自己居住的房子裝修也不過如此用心了，這也是我願意花費一個半小時來寫長評的原因，雖然旅館質量良莠不齊，但是真正願意做好自己的事的老闆值得被人擁護，對於我一個出門不會在住宿上豪擲重金的普通人來説，甚至有一種早已被人們忘記顧客是上帝然後被本地人欺負慣了，冷不丁重新被人記起是上帝然後被尊重的感動

服務很nice,房間設施該有的都有,也乾淨 老闆有接送服務,晚上會在大堂等所有客人回來再離開回家,所以還是比較安全的 民宿在一片民宿中間,打車要走到上面的民宿,晚上下車比較黑要開手機電筒照著走 以及我們房間在3樓,沒有電梯體力廢物有點累(特別是爬完山之後),但老闆入住時會幫忙搬行李上去,退房時走到一半他聽到聲音也會來幫忙
