"Hotel Negative Review (approx. 200 words) I stayed at this newly opened Vienna Hotel with friends on a recent trip, and the overall experience was terrible. I would never recommend staying there. The hotel had just opened, and the public areas and rooms were filled with a pungent smell of renovation, with a strong formaldehyde odor that made it very uncomfortable and I was worried about its health. The room was small, and the bathroom door faced the bed, making the room feel very cramped. Even though there were available rooms, the front desk refused to upgrade us, and their service was cold and perfunctory, resulting in a very poor experience. Furthermore, the hotel is located right next to a main road, with loud traffic noise, making it very noisy at night and severely affecting my rest. Only the cleanliness was barely acceptable; the environment, service, and facilities were far below the standards expected of a Vienna hotel, and I do not recommend choosing this hotel."

It took nearly an hour to fix the problem. During this period, I contacted the front desk to change rooms (we didn't touch anything in the room). The front desk said that we could move to the 8th floor without a view. s room. It's so unreasonable. We spent nearly a hundred yuan more to book a room with a view, but because of the hotel's facilities, we were asked to change to a lower-end room. Speechless. As shown in the picture: the toilet seat is crooked, the bathroom door cannot be pushed down and is stuck, the washbasin is crooked, water from the bathtub faucet is pouring on the edge of the bathtub, the bathtub has no handrails, and the quilt cover is stained. "The hotel is located next to Mixc City, about 500 meters walk from Qu Yuan's Former Residence. We drove there and parked on the -2 level, then took the elevator to the hotel. There's a supermarket in Mixc City right next to the hotel, with a wide variety of food and daily necessities at reasonable prices. I'd recommend it for anyone driving to stock up on supplies. In the evenings, there are street vendors on both sides of the road, perfect for a night market stroll and buying some fruit after dinner. For meals, you can head to Miaozui, about 1km from the hotel, where there are restaurants lining both sides of the street."
