Seems like a lot of people stay with them on business. But we did see a few other families. We would stay there again. "

"I travel to Zug, Switzerland a lot and had to book a Vision apartment because all hotels were booked up due to an event and I was booking short notice. It was expensive. I had googled in advance to see if it had aircon, given i arrived during a heatwave and had booked the cheapest room and google seemed to suggest it did (but to be fair I accept that is not the fault of Vision apartment and I should have called them direct in advance). The room (a 'mini') was so small it felt more like a sweltering capsule, and I arrived late in the evening. Other occupants were shouting and singing loudly when I arrived and I immediately wanted to leave. There were barely any plug sockets to charge a phone or laptop and it was too hot to work. I sat there until I could find a late night no show in a nearby hotel then left and will not go back."

"1 night ( May 2nd).. 3rd hotel in our week in Italy & Switzerland & the hotel I liked the most 😊👍.. A great location in relation to the lake.. Warm welcome, excellent room, that was as described😊.. As with the previous 2 hotels, the breakfast was yummaliscious. Zug is a great place to visit from the UK, i.e. it's an easy train ride from Zurich.. A return is definitely guaranteed..😊"

"I stayed here whilst in Zug on business. Check-in was easy and the lady who checked me in was very polite, friendly and cheery. The room I was given was very nice. It was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding felt soft and was comfortable. The sofa was a nice touch and made relaxing after a day of meetings a bit more comfortable. Breakfast was food with a good selection of juices, cereals, hot items and other options. I could not fault the room, staff or breakfast, everything was great. My stay was good and I’d happily stay here again when next in Zug."

"It was incredibly filthy!! There were bloodstains and other brown and orange stains on the mattress. There were hairs from at least two other people in the bed. Long black hair and curly blonde hair. The lamp in the bed was broken! The door to the balcony was broken. The carpet stank and there were bugs on it. Absolutely disgusting. I've never seen such a disgusting room!"
