We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome from the beginning. We were able to park our bicycles safely in the hallway, which was very convenient for us. Since we needed to cross the border, she went out of her way to help us by providing detailed information about the officials and even arranging a taxi. This was especially helpful because we didn’t have WeChat, and it made the whole process much easier for us. Thanks to her support, everything went smoothly, and we could truly relax and enjoy our time. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back in the future.

Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed. My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good. Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

房間很大，還有一個游泳池，在炎熱的吐魯番，真的還能感受到坎兒井上打出來的冰涼的水。離坎兒井很近，離火車站飛機場也很近，離葡萄溝稍微有點距離。

設施：比較完善，wifi網絡穩定，投影儀也不會卡。床墊太舒服了，前一天熬夜開車早晨入住，當天下午睡了14小時😄，洗澡也水水温也很穩定。 衞生：床單被套都很整潔乾淨。 環境：小院特別乾淨,小院離六星街比較近，同學就聽到門口拿行李便捷。 服務：老闆熱情服務。

Maravilloso!! El alojamiento es precioso, una antigua villa con un patio encantador y una ubicación perfecta! Las habitaciones son además preciosas. Pero lo mejor de todo son los anfitriones, que son personas maravillosas. Están atentos a todos los detalles, el desayuno está preparado con muchísimo cariño, todo cocinado por ellos. Gracias a ellos ha sido sin duda el mejor alojamiento de todo mi viaje a China. Gracias por hacerme sentir como es casa., gracias de todo corazón por los preciosos días en Kashgar. Es el mejor alojamiento de todo Kashgar sin lugar a dudas!

這次入住的體驗完全超出預期，原以為這麼偏遠的地方條件應該不會很好，但實際上房間硬件配置非常用心，生活所需的設施一應俱全。床品親膚透氣，床墊是知名品牌的軟硬剛好，而且支撐感很足，趕了一天的路來到喀納斯，辦完入住躺上去，疲憊一下子就消散了。浴室是乾濕分離的，隔斷清爽，洗完澡完全不會積水；洗漱台寬敞，收納空間充足，吹風機、洗漱用品、衣架、收納盒等小物件都配齊，而且設施維護的很好，能看得來有在好好保養，看起來很新，沒有陳舊損壞，使用體驗特別舒服。 完全是衝著他們家開闊的草坪來的，實景比照片還要驚艷，外面就是成片的落葉松林與遠山，視野開闊。下午七八點點的光線最柔和，隨手一拍都是大片的感覺。房間還免費提供玻璃瓶裝水，聽説是當地山泉水來的口感清甜，床品柔軟好睡。晚上在公區和其他住客聊聊天，第二天還一起去徒步神仙灣了，一路山都好漂亮，真的不虛此行！

房間很好，比較新。 店家人也很熱情，我們去的時候淡季，給我們升級了房型。也主動幫我們拿行李，不管什麼時候回來。早飯也不錯，種類多。離景區也就十分鐘距離。 缺什麼東西去給前台説都有求必應。 院子很漂亮。

The owner and staff was nice and good location but the bathroom had hot water not hot enough and aircon/heater was so loud and room was cold.

Our excitement started, from the moment, we met the staff at turpan train station, very gentle, n warm.. Then arriving at the lobby, full of warmth north Wellington smiles, of staff, then the welcome water melon n the melon, helped us release the tensions of train ride,.. Then the comfortable, lodges, ( 2 lodges A frame , very comforting, the breeze n singing birds n 2 big pots of herbal tea with fragrant flowers, n rose,..lots of dried fruits, resin, figs n more,, later on, in evening the refreshing, melon n watermelon, , later in evening free coffee n chocolate cakes,,.. Breakfast, simple n enough for a day of activity, all the items for dinner raglan, n fried vegetables, n kebabs, , one of the best as long as I remember in recent years.. Thanks to the English speaking staff for organizing our trip route n selecting transportation.. Staff thanks for helping me find the best barber for my haircut,, which busy schedules , back home in Japan Warmth n professionalism of staff are much more than our payment .. We had to extend our stay twice,..we already missing the place.. Thank you thank you

Hotel is near to narati entrance, but not Near to the city center. The hotel run by family business, they have very good service mind. Hotel is full of good amenities.
