The staff at the front counter and in the restaurant were engaging and very friendly. Our room was beautifully appointed. My only complaints are that the water pressure is poor, and the shower glass is too small, so water wets the bathroom floor and at check-in staff should point out that if staying more than one night you need to tell them if you want clean towels, otherwise they don't get changed. I know that this is printed on a card on the bench in the room but who reads these cards?

While the apartment was nice it is very dated, particularly for the dollars spent per night. I don't know about the rest of the complex but our apartment needed a makeover. However apart from the pillows being too firm it was very comfortable. So the only issues were ones of appearance. If you prefer a thin pillow bring your own.

The club is built around the lake, with a great environment and good ecology, and is very suitable for a relaxing vacation. The two-bedroom suite I booked was very warm and comfortable in every room. The room was very large, and there was a small balcony outside the living room where you could directly see the lake!

The hotel is in a good location, but the room smells a bit musty. Rooms that will not be occupied for a long time are reserved for orders from Ctrip. The restaurant is very good, the food and service are good, and the price is very reasonable. It is good to stay here when traveling to Kangaroo Island.

This is my second time to stay at your hotel. Very spacious. Excellent breakfast, big portion. All of us cannot finish the whole breakfast. Highly recommend.

The hotel was easy to find. Since I arrived late at night, the hotel staff sent me a message at 8 PM, replying to my call, to let me know where to pick up the key 🔑. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent 👍. Breakfast was also good. I only took one photo because of the heavy rain, just to remember it. Service: All the staff were very friendly ❤️.

We had a lively stay here. Amenities were great. Room we stayed has a washing machine and a dryer, a convection microwave, very handy, water pressure was amazing!! Comfy bed, spacious room. Located close to shopping, the site is a secure site, a decent amount of takeaway places around.

Breakfast is made for you on site, suitable for bringing children, free parking, good environment, relatively good location

The room was generally clean. The hotel doesn’t have a heating system — only air conditioners that cool, which made the stay uncomfortable during colder weather. What really affected my experience, though, was an encounter with one of the staff members. While some staff were fine, one older lady made a deeply inappropriate and racist comment about me as I was returning to my room. There had been no real interaction between us that could justify such a remark — it was unprovoked and very hurtful. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment, especially in a place meant to be welcoming. Unfortunately, that incident has left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a neutral or even positive stay.
