⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Excellent Transit Hotel Given the city's terrible traffic, I decided not to venture out and instead stayed at this hotel during my 12-hour transit. It was a great experience using this hotel as a stopover before my domestic flight. The gym was unavailable due to renovation work and appeared quite small, but the rooftop bar was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. Hotel ini terletak berhampiran dengan terminal, dengan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik menepati masa dan kakitangan yang mesra. Walaupun ia terletak agak jauh dari pusat Dhaka, anda boleh sampai ke mana-mana bahagian bandar dengan mudah menggunakan Rel Metro, Lebuhraya Bertingkat atau Uber. Ia adalah pilihan yang sangat baik untuk persinggahan 24 jam.

能忽悠，給我安排很小的房間，每天説給我換房，都不給換，我説再不換，我找攜程投訴，然後很快給換了，他們是有空置房的，所以，感覺不爽，下次要換別的酒店了。 他們衞生也從來不打掃的

酒店是新開的，但是部分還在裝修，比較吵

Заселились ночью перед вылетом. К обслуживанию и завтраку вопросов нет. Сожно выбрать подходящую не острую еду. В номере есть жидкое мыло, одноразовые зубные щетки, фен, тапочки А вот чистота хромает. Были в 607 номере видно что полы не мытые были, а постельное белье нас убило. Спали в одежде.
