Pros: - decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner. - they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay. Cons: - if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel. - room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room. - no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one.

Если в других местах близость к вокзалу это грязь и опасность, то в Антверпене всё наоборот - чистота и безопасность.Правда я никогда не гуляю ночью. Красивый, внушительный холл. Быстрое вселение. Сотрудники стараются говорить на вашем языке с помощью переводчика. Первый номер был стандартный на втором этаже. Но в нём не работал мини-бар и сейф. Переселили в другой номер на пятом этаже. Он был холодный, я терпела ночь. Сообщила о проблеме на рецепшен и горничная включила отопление. Отопление - это встроенная сплит-система. Отверстие находится в стене над столом. Если сидишь за столом - дует в плечи, если лежишь в кровати-дует в голову и никуда от этого не деться. Конечно, я понимаю, что это индивидуально, но я очень чувствую сквозняк. Форма комнаты необычная, с обходным корридором вокруг туалета. За счёт этого полезный размер комнаты меньше. Холодильник - мини-бар крошечный, в него почти ничего нельзя поставить. Предполагается, что гости должны питаться в ресторанах, но не всем это подходит по разным причинам. Содержимое мини-бара, естественно, платное. Тапочек, халата, зубной пасты, зубной щётки и лосьона для тела нет в номере. Из посуды два тонких стакана, почему-то один бокал в двухместном номере, для чая и кофе бумажные стаканчики. Есть кофемашина. 2 капсулы бесплатно в первый день. Если хотите больше - это будет стоить 2.50 каждая. Платная вода 6 евро 1 литр. Зато есть Библия в ящике стола. Верхний свет в комнате отсутствует. И вообще свет такой ”марроканский” интимный, невозможно ни читать, ни писать. Из хорошего -копии абстрактных картин, подходящих интерьеру. Залог, который вы вносите при вселении, возвращается не полностью. Из него вычитается городской налог 6 евро ежедневно.Есть бассеин, сауна и фитнесцентр за 7 евро день. Очень хорошо. Все работники рецепшена всегда рады вам помочь.

Location is perfect, right next to train station. Room size is good, clean. Breakfast very good. Staff are friendly. They have 2 elevators, one was under maintenance, only one is working, it was very slow and it was small. Therefore, you may not get in the first lift, have to wait for couple times.

Only 5m from the station to this excellent room with up-to-date facility around. You can change light color of the room into several ways, which really help us reduce jet lag. Receptionists are helpful and friendly which allows us to check in sooner. Besides, croissant, hot milk and cookies are available everyday and it free!

Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel.

Stayed at this hotel for Tomorrowland festival. A great location smack in the middle of the different cities which are easily accessible by public transport (although some locations might take 1-2h travelling time). Twin room was a little small for two man but it was still a relatively comfortable stay. Free coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Do note that for sustainability, aircon automatically shuts down at noon and you have to manually on it back if you’re intending to sleep in late or chill around in your hotel room.

Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

Chambre superbe, bon oreiller et bonne literie. Avec toutefois, une toute petite bébête qui est venu me piquer les Pole à plusieurs reprises et qui qui a laissé la vie. Personnel fort sympathique, Attention, au restaurant, c’est bon, mais c’est pas donné, il faut compter un peu plus de 20 € pour une simple assiette. J’ai remarqué quand même un lavabo légèrement bouché en Chambre, 431, sinon très bon séjour dans l’ensemble

Review: My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not without issues. Upon arrival, there was an apparent payment error, requiring me to pay again on the spot, meaning I was charged twice. Thankfully, this was corrected the next day, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, and our double room was only provided with one set of towels. The room itself was fine, but these shortcomings made the overall experience less enjoyable.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!
