Literally can’t fault it here at all, above all else the staff are a super friendly super beautiful bunch!
Also though the facility is great. It’s HUGE and there is an elevator which I like :)

We stayed here for two nights. Breakfast was basic but OK. The man at the front desk wasn't very helpful, he didn't tell us anything about where breakfast was or that there was a jacuzzi on the top floor. The location is a good 30 minute walk from the centre. You can get a tuktuk for 9/10 pesos.

Excelente ubicación sobre todo qué queda cerca al aeropuerto a unos 15 minutos, cerca a la playa con doble entrada una principal y la otra para las personas que vienen de la playa, duchas dotadas para una mejor limpieza y que no vayan a quedar residuos de arena cuándo regresan de la playa de igual manera agua fría como agua caliente en todo momento, un equipo de personas dispuestos a entregar lo mejor para que la estancia de el huésped sea más integra y sentirse como en casa.

The room is spacious and cheap. Little bit old and no aircond . The room facing sunset therefore is super hot in the afternoon with only fan. If you only book the room for a night and only for overnight, is good choice as it has best location. Can’t require much with the cheap price.

Los muebles de las habitaciones están en regulares condiciines
La recepcion está en muy mal estado, tiene muebles rotos
Seria bueno que el desayuno fuera mas variado, todos los dias sirven lo mismo.
Los tendidos de cama y las almohadas están en mal estado

Absolutely loved the hotel and all the services provided ! Rooms were nice and spacious, the pool and the view amazing (maybe a couple more chairs would be a plus), the breakfast was diverse and with different options everyday which is a plus for 4 days, and the staff were kind and helpful. Recommend the place ++

Когда-то отель был совсем супер, но сейчас не помешал бы ремонт. В остальном очень хорошо. В номерах очень чисто, кондиционер работает, уборка каждый день. Пляж рядом, собственный пляжный ресторан с ценами как и везде. В отеле есть 3 бассейна, бар на крыше. Есть, конечно, и более крутые решения по современным меркам, но соотношение цена/качество вполне себе нормальное. Для пляжного отдыха подходит. Публика в основном взрослая, потому вечеринок, громкой музыки до утра и т.п. нет. Для меня это плюс

JJosh HarwellThe Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops.
The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful.
We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty.
The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

GGuest UserIt’s right inside the part with incredible view. Staff is helpful and informative.
They provide shampoo towels and you can purchase water etc.
As they are eco hubs there is no AC and of course you get some critters at night thought to inform people as I had no clue in advance and was caught off guard.
Also on the higher rooms WiFi doesn’t work.
But if you are prepared for it and going for a vacation and nature retreat and escape it’s perfect.

GGuest UserMy brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there.
One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

It is a family run business and you can feel the love that has been cultivated in this space. We highly recommend this hostel for backpackers and adventure travellers seeking unique accommodations near the park

I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.

GGuest UserIt was very clean and by far the best hotel I stayed at. However, the shower water overflowed outside and would have ended up in the room if I hadn't blocked it with the toilet mat.
If it weren't for the drainage issue, it would have been perfect.
