La estadía fue toda una maravilla, agradecí la atención servicial super descomplicado, la limpieza impecable y siempre dispuesto a satisfacer la imagen estética.
La comida fue de gran calidad, a un precio muy justo para lo que se recibía, el menú es variado, sin embargo les faltó de pronto extender un poco más las opciones, pero eso sí, todos los platos son una delicia, hasta el que llega con estómago gourmet quedará encantado.
Un hotel MAESTRO en la atención, ideal para estadías también en familia, y las instalaciones muy bonitas, lo único que hacía falta en el hotel es un portafolio más amplio de zonas sociales, como por ejemplo Jacuzzi o Turco, del resto: digno de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, superando todas las espectativas!

Lo único realmente valorable es la comida y los empleados, muy amables siempre. Pero las habitaciones son chicas, oscuras y sin muchas comodidades. Los tours que venden tienen sobreprecio y no siempre prometen lo q cumplen.
La playa está a dos cuadras, lo cual también es un punto a favor.
El sector en donde está ubicado no es muy lindo, no está bien cuidado (evidentemente no es culpa del hotel, pero es bueno saberlo).

The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops.
The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful.
We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty.
The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

En general uno mismo tiene que preguntar por los servicios no te dan información concreta solo unas cuantas en recepción, no te dan factura a pesar que pagas por el IVA, esto me parece grave. La comida es regular, la verdad que las instalaciones, la habitaciones son muy buenas pero el servicio es pésimo.

Las instalaciones son muy anticuadas, falta remodelar baños y habitaciones
Los muebles de las habitaciones están en regulares condiciines
La recepcion está en muy mal estado, tiene muebles rotos
Seria bueno que el desayuno fuera mas variado, todos los dias sirven lo mismo.
Los tendidos de cama y las almohadas están en mal estado
Falta una cafeteria o minitienda o una maquina de bebidas y snaks

GGuest UserIt’s right inside the part with incredible view. Staff is helpful and informative.
They provide shampoo towels and you can purchase water etc.
As they are eco hubs there is no AC and of course you get some critters at night thought to inform people as I had no clue in advance and was caught off guard.
Also on the higher rooms WiFi doesn’t work.
But if you are prepared for it and going for a vacation and nature retreat and escape it’s perfect.

GGuest UserMy brother and I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was great and the amenities were outstanding. The pool was wonderful and the wristbands they give you made paying for drinks and dinner so easy. Overall it was a great value and we loved every minute we stayed there.
One thing to note is that this hotel is in the middle of a jungle, so even with doors and windows closed there were some bugs that managed to get into our bungalow.

I only have a complain in the room service, the towels wasn't change in three days and also no any soap, only in the last day I needed to ask for shower soap and they brought it to my room. Even so, I recommend the place.

GGuest UserIt was very clean and by far the best hotel I stayed at. However, the shower water overflowed outside and would have ended up in the room if I hadn't blocked it with the toilet mat.
If it weren't for the drainage issue, it would have been perfect.

WWan Yong ChongThe room is spacious and cheap. Little bit old and no aircond . The room facing sunset therefore is super hot in the afternoon with only fan. If you only book the room for a night and only for overnight, is good choice as it has best location. Can’t require much with the cheap price.
