Hotel Dengan Pools di Liguria, Italy

The location is excllent if you like walking along the sea-coast. Though, despite the quiet location and no outside noice, you can hear all sounds from inside (the hotel floor) when you are in your room anticipating relax and privacy. Moreover, in case there is a connecting door in your room, be sure to hear every little sound from your neighbour like they are in the same room with you - that was a huge disappointment. Also, all chats from the corridor, vacuum cleaners and music from the nearby rooms - literally everything. The cleaning was excellent. The breakfast board offers a wide choice. The ladies at the receptin are super friendly and supportive!

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

千萬不要來入住，表面光鮮亮麗，實質坑很多，衹能及時止損趕緊離開。這是一家在山區裏的酒店，我訂3天。但不知道要去五漁村必須坐公交車約2小時路程到拉斯佩齊亞轉，且星期天沒有公交，這天要去米蘭，讓酒店退錢不同意，衹能代叫出租車要50歐元。我訂酒店時你不告訴我週日沒車，現在又不退錢有道理嗎。再則，酒店在山裡周邊沒有餐館，衹能訂酒店的，預約號為1號。晚餐跟領班説來點意大利特色的菜品，他推薦肉末意大利麪，最後僅上這份意麪，暈！另桌2號席意大利中登點了份意大利色拉+火腿，邊吃邊朝我眨眼。我強忍把這不算好吃的意麪吃完走人。説好的提供早餐，但要到早晨7：10分才開，公交7：30分到站，走到公交站點也要10分鐘，此後也沒車了，時間被他們卡死。古老之地，今人不放鬆，唯有及時止損，提前2天離開，僅住一晚，損失自理。

ci siamo già stati alcuni anni fa ed era decisamente meglio tenuto. peccato perchè la posizione è ottima anche se al di fuori della città di spotorno. specialmente l'esterno dovrebbe essere più curato. capisco che siamo ad ottobre, ma ciò non toglie che il servizio dovrebbe essere comunque da 4 stelle

Отличный отель за очень скромные деньги! Расположен недалеко от набережной, до вокзала 20 минут неспешным шагом. Жил на 4 этаже - вид хороший, рассветы красивые. Номер прям современный, все есть, даже ванна :) Завтрак норм, голодными не уйдете. Персонал - отдельный пункт. Ребята молодцы, все расскажут, покажут, порекомендуют куда зайти на ужин. Короче, отличные впечатления от отеля ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante. It was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location and unparalleled hospitality this luxurious hotel offered. The hotel is in a magnificent historical villa, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the spectacular Ligurian Sea. The breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque town of Sestri Levante made my stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff, attentive to my every need throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was delightful, with a plush, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure it remained so during my stay. Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day. I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience. Es ist ein recht altes Gebäude, wahrscheinlich soetwas wie ein kleines Kloster, d. h. Breite Flure mit alten Holzdielen, Höhe Räume, viele Verzierungen, Es hat was, Unser Zimmer war angemessen, wie beschrieben, allerdings eine recht alte Ausstattung, es sollte mal erneuert werden.Zudem hatten wir noch eine riesige Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt, schon toll. Dennoch, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt, wir sind zufrieden. Es gibt ein sehr hochwertiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wer auf einen guten Start in den Tag Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Kleine Geschäfte und Lokale sind wirklich nur wenige Meter die Straße runter entfernt.

The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.
