Hotel Dengan Pools di Liguria, Italy

Our room was very comfortable and the 4th floor location was great! The room was listed as a garden view, but from our lovely terrace, we definitely had partial ocean view! We loved having a terrace complete with a table, 2 chairs, two lounge chairs and a remote control awning, to make shade if needed! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The front desk staff and the staff in the dining area were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices were varied and good. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, lounge chairs, or hot tub but it looked fun. We also didn’t swim or access the private beach; the price of 50 Euros for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella seemed a bit expensive. We were unsure if we could have gone there just to sit and have a drink without paying a fee. We should have asked. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and there are no sidewalks for a small section as you get close to the hotel, so you have to change to the water side of the street and then cross back over. The city buses from the train station seem to always be very, very full so using the bus with any luggage would have been almost impossible.

Расположение отеля хорошее, номера морально устаревшие, старая мебель, неуютная ванная комната, какая то табуретка пластмассовая вместо полочки или тумбы под раковиной, предлагаются пластиковые стаканы вместо стеклянных, одно средство в душе на все случаи жизни, в ванной нет ни одного крючка для полотенца для рук, полотенца вам складывают каждый раз на кровать, нет комфортного освещения в номере, либо все, либо ничего. Совершенно отсутствует какая либо шумоизоляция, если вы не привыкли просыпаться рано, выспаться вам не дадут соседи и хаускиперы, которые убирают соседний номер. Старые лифты, которые скрипят, кряхтят и трясутся, каждая поездка как последняя.

Struttura accogliente con tanti servizi; ottimo buffet per colazione. Peccato per la posizione distante dal mare anche se la struttura mette a disposizione un servizio navetta che andrebbe potenziato coprendo anche la fascia serale. Esperienza complessivamente positiva.

Fabulous hotel, very elegant. The service was fantastic everywhere ( reseption , at the entrance, restaurant, bar, cleaning lady, etc). Fantastic view / Rom / hotel.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Hotel yang bagus dengan garaj tempat letak kenderaan yang sempurna dan sarapan dan kopi yang sangat baik, kakitangan sarapan yang baik dan bilik yang bersih dan luas.

Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально. Но есть ужасные минусы: - невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось. - нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать. - единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно. - очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги - вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)
