We arrived before check in time, and were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception. When we got to know the room would be available before check in time, we were allowed to get in but had to pay an early check in fee. I worked in three different hotels in different countries, there was no such a rule, it would be just a favor to let the guests in provided that their room would be ready.
We were offerend breakfast for a fee the same day, for a more expensive fee the day after.
Apart from these incidents, the room was clean and quiet. The location Is excellent, close to the station and the city centre.

It's close to the highway, so it's good for the middle point. The restaurant is downstairs, but the facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast is really just European basic ....

Good location about ten minutes walk from the train station and just across the street from the historic area. Shops and restaurants all nearby. More like a three star than a four star hotel really. No kettle or fridge, only soap in the bathroom, the worst pillows I’ve ever seen (had to fold up clothes to use), no English language tv stations available. The room and hotel were clean but it has a rundown feel. Unfortunately there are not many hotel options in this small town.

The room is clean, the breakfast is rich in variety, there is no kettle in the room, but there is a shared kettle, refrigerator, washing machine, iron in the kitchen on the first floor, and there is parking for 10 euros per day. The beautiful girls and handsome guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic.

This hotel should be said to be good. First of all, the location is good. There are many supermarkets and a mall around. ** It is within walking distance, far from the bustling area of the city center but there is food, drink and fun. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym and sauna, and I feel that there are not many people to try. I can't remember what I'm eating for breakfast.

Good location, located in the local commercial street, but a bit remote. European hotels do not provide toothbrushes and slippers. These need to be brought by yourself. Breakfast is just a few, lack of goodness, it feels really not worth the price.

The hotel is right in the center of Sopron City, you can sneak into the Powder Tower, the Central Church, which is a ring city with long passages from the outer ring into the inner ring. The city is small and exquisite, perfect for a person to stroll. This city is worth recommending and this hotel is also worth recommending.

The room is very well equipped for Hungary and also offers a good spa area with pool. Furthermore, it is close to the center and offers free parking. Otherwise all parking spaces in this area are free.

GGuest UserIf I could rate this hotel higher I would. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Room was newly remodeled, very stylishly and super clean. Location was amazing and the staff was great. The room was very large and had a small kitchen to boot. Parking was in the public parking garage about 1 block from the hotel…cost was about 4.5 euro. Online photos do not do this hotel justice. It was simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was very good.

GGuest UserHotel Klastrom is outstanding. It is well situated on the riverside in Gyor, a superb town that is well worth a visit. We were overwhelmed by the welcome and helpfulness of all staff. The room is spacious and scrupulously clean, the breakfast was well presented and prepared. I recommend this hotel.
