The cleaning service is not yet 12.00, 20 minutes before 12, there was a knock on the door, they said they wanted to clean it, try it after we check out, they clean it🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

good location in the middle of the city near the town square, clean rooms but on the 1st and 2nd floors there is no view of the city, good breakfast with quite a lot of variety, but the room AC is not cold and is like a regular fan at 102 and 219

Location is great, near many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Parking area can cover a lot of cars.
Recommended for short stay also for long stay they have special room and special rate.

The light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

No frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka

SSkater BoyThe service was awesome! All of the staff are very friendly. The last two nights we (free) upgraded to a Cottage room, very nice! We also stayed in a Superior room, which has a view of the pond. These Superior and Cottage rooms are quiet, the Chalet rooms are also quiet. The on-site restaurant is good, local food. The property is right on the beach, you can also stay in a room perched on stilts over the water. We rented a scooter and drove north to a couple beaches, which had no people, it was amazing! My advice, rent a scooter and explore the beaches that are farther from town. Now, the negative part: This area is the largest producer of Tin in all of Indonesia, (which is used in batteries and electronics) and that means there is plenty of illegal mining by people. They mine right off the coast and inland, the tin is in the sand and soil. It has had a negative impact on the coastal environment and can be loud if you are right next to the areas they are mining. I’m still glad we went here, if you want a holiday with few people around, and no foreigners, this is the place.

GGuest Userstaff was nice, but thats about where the nice comments end. rooms are mouldy, linens are stained, pillows were smelly and yellowing. looks like they are cheaping out on laundry by outsourcing it to another laundry company, leading to 0 control in quality or cleanliness. staff were very welcoming and kind, helped us with changing room(although that didnt improve anything) and arranging activities. managment needs to be changed and stop cheaping out on everything, embarassing to call it a marriott hotel.

8. The ocean not as good as in tanjung tinggi or tanjung kelayan
9. Restaurant options only 1 (next to hotel),far from anywhere,no public transportation nor taxi or uber or grab

AArifinLocation of this hotel is in city center so in term of location, this hotel is perfect. Surrounding the hotel have lots of street vendor and close to the Satam Food Court that had street music performance every night and on Saturday and Sunday morning. Will be back again to this hotel although the hotel is not very clean (the bed sheet is not very clean), no much service and no much facilities as this is 3 star hotel
