GGuest UserThe hotel was clean as was our room. The only thing was when we arrived and went to our room it was very cold. On phoning reception they told us how to put the heating on, when I asked about why it wasn’t on they said because of safety concerns. As it was we went out leaving the heater on, but if we had been a few hours later then we would have had to go to bed in a very cold room.
So that wasn’t good! We didn’t use any of the facilities, so can’t really comment on this.

RRosie ❤️Such a beautiful hotel. Staff are extremely welcoming. Everyone is ready to help. The hotel itself is kept very clean. We definitely had a very comfortable good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. We loved the leisure facilities.
The jacuzzi was our favourite, the water temperature wS like having a nice very hot bath! It was amazing. It was the best one I've seen ever. Also it was a very good size.. The swimming pool was far too cold for me to go in. I'm a cancer patient and I can't go in cold water. That was my only negative point.bi would have loved to go for a swim. The steam room and sauna were good. I also noticed there was a good gym but I didn't go there.
There was A lovely furnished quiet room with plenty of sofas and coffee tables around to relax or work. Also a computer with Internet and a printer for our use which was really good for working guests. I booked this hotel overnight stay for my mum and myself as a little relaxing getaway and it was perfect. The car parking is not a problem at all.
We will definitely be booking this in the future fir jy whole family as we really enjoyed it.

GGuest UserTo customer service. My partner and l stayed at the Bosworth Hall hotel whilst travelling north for an overnight stay to break our journey and get refreshed to continue our journey. Sadly although the staff were amicable and the site was good we got very little sleep as there was hard noise through the night and early morning. This was acceptable but the bathroom facilities were unacceptable. There was very little water pressure so we could not shower and when inspected the pipe had obviously been faulty and leaking prior to our visit but the pipe had been wrapped with electrical insulation tape and the pressure reduced so it didn,t blow the tape off when used. It was a poor advert for a high class hotel. I attach a photo of the pipe. Also l expect you to make recompense to me. Regards Jacob Thomlinson.

GGuest UserI had a great time at Leonardo Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. The location is absolutely perfect for those flying from East Midlands Airport, I was able to just walk to the departure terminal in about 5 minutes. Guests of the hotel are welcome to use the pool, sauna and stream room. This is perfect to just get some relaxation in before having a long day of travelling. I would even rate the restaurant highly, the steak frites was delicious.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean. Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

GGuest UserRoom was clean enough, but had some black mould in the windows and also in the kettle! Bed was super comfortable.
Shower was ok, but wasn't exactly ”powerful”.
The room had a strange set of windows that looked into the bedroom...with no way of closing or obscuring then.
Heating controls didn't seem to work.
The window did not open so it was difficult to get fresh air.
