Staff was very courteous, friendly and kind. Very nice and cozy place. Room is very spacious and bathroom is comfortable enough for two people. Mini fridge with water kettle, cups and tea bags available. Here’s the only “complaint” I have and the reason why I only gave 3/5 stars in cleanliness as they were not cleaned and refreshed from the previous guests staying in the room. The cups were used and dirty and empty water bottles were left in the fridge. Not an issue for us but it might be for other guests. Other than that the room and bathroom were very cleaned and well kept. The breakfast is very typical to the region (sweet pastries, toasts, coffee and juices). Would definitely stay again.

I WAS IN PESCARA FOR THE 2024 WORLD SKATE GAMES FOR SPEED SKATING AND THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE HEART OF ALL THE EVENTS FOR THE WEEKEND RIGHT AT THE START FINISH LINE AND STAGE FOR CEREMONIES. THE STAFF AT THE DESK WAS VERY ACCOMIDATING AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. DINNER SERVICE AT THE RESTURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR HAD SLOW BAD SERVICE BUT THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. I RATE THIS SEPERATE FROM THE HOTEL. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

the guest room we booked claimed to be 19 square meters but was far smaller than that. air con vent facing directly to the bed. the fan of the air con was not working properly, we could either turn on or off the air con. breakfast time till 9.30 and check out time is 10am. swimming pool opens at 9.30 - not very user friendly indeed.

Strategic location and very near to train station. Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is the biggest i ever stayed during my trip in Italy. Sofa bed is also available in the room for additional traveler. Good recommendation if you plan to stay at Pescara.

The hotel was located outside the old Town, as we drive a car, it is no problem for us to drive to the town. The hotel is clean. Facilities we enough for traveling guest. The breakfast was very good. Only 5 euro per person but had many things to choose.

Overall a good stay. Only one problem- the power went out as we were departing so no elevator. Had to lug suitcases down 4 floors. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Restaurant was also great. Good meal and friendly service.

Servio ottimo, personale molto gentile, educato e disponibile. L'ubicazione della struttura sul mare é molto suggestiva. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Ambienti molto puliti e curati. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The rooms were good and comfortable and there is enough parkins space available. The AC was very effective. I just wish the insulation was a bit better as you can easily hear the people in adjacent rooms.

This is a great experience, must do if you are in the area, excellent for couples. The rooms are elegantly restored, keeping original materials for the most part, mixing it with luxurious furniture.
