"The room was basic but clean and good enough for our three night stay. We walked into the city centre (about 25 min) and we enjoyed wandering around the neighbourhood. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was a great location."

"Really liked the location — it’s not right in downtown, but being close to the Brera district is actually a plus since it’s a lot less touristy. The room was a good size, everything was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly. They even let us check in early without any fuss. Great value overall, would definitely recommend."

"Exceptionally close walking distance from Milano Centrale, overall it’s convenient and with a small grocery store just around the corner. But I feel like this area is less safe as some people are wandering and just standing on the street. (IMO I feel Via Napo Torriani area is safer) Other than this, the room is spacious, minimal & clean, and the bed was comfy enough too. The hotel provided free luggage storage for the day check in & out, and kudos I was able to early check in too. Overall still a pleasant stay. (Picture was taken by the time I checking out)"

"The hotel didn't change the duvet cover & sheets for three nights, and the duvet cover smelled bad; my hands and feet were probably bitten by bed bugs. They only changed the sheets on the fourth and fifth nights. The toilet had a sliding door that couldn't be closed, and it smelled terrible; the overall air quality in the room was poor."

"It’s a beautiful property! The room size was spectacular with 2 separated bedrooms, and the staff was very kind and welcoming. The only downside was the breakfast, which could offer more variety. The breakfast served in the room facing the canal was quite limited, so we ended up requesting to have breakfast in the chandelier room on our second day, which was a much better experience. Be prepared for some steps ;)"

"Ich kann mich den in deutsch verfassten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Habe die selben Erfahrungen gemacht wie viele vor mir. Von der Abschiebe in ein anderes Hotel paar Hauseingänge weiter bis hin zu der geringen Wärmeleistung der Heizung und Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Die Türen zum Zimmer sind keine massiven Haustüren, sondern Zimmertüren. Sämtliche Fensterscheiben waren laienhaft mit schwarzer Folie abgeklebt, weshalb man kein Tageslicht empfängt, was schade ist, da die Aussicht nicht unschön war. Die Kissen fürs Bett waren leider keine Kopfkissen, sondern harte Couchkissen. Doch immerhin gab es einen Balkon und das Zimmer war sauber. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hotels war für meine Zwecke gut. Zusammenfassend bekommt man für sein Geld das was die Kommentare versprechen. Preis-Leistung ist demnach fast schon angemessen. Für mehr als eine Nacht allerdings nicht zu empfehlen."

"This is a great option for your next stay in Milan. The location is awesome, a 20 minute stroll from the Duomo and all the shopping, and about 45 minutes from Leonardo’s last supper museum (the two must sees). I’m only rating the amenities at 4 because the rooms are a bit small, even for a solo traveller, but you’re not here to watch tv in the hotel room, so it doesn’t really matter. Staff is friendly and very helpful (I couldn’t figure out the AC, but was helped within 5 minutes). Breakfast buffet is ok, I would have preferred something a little bigger though."

"We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan. We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan. This is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

The hotel is located between the Central Station and Milan Cathedral. If you're comfortable walking within a 2km radius, then its location is excellent, allowing you to easily walk to either the train station or the Duomo. The room was quite small and the price wasn't low, but the front desk allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated.

The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water.

The location is excellent, right across from Milan Central Station in an apartment building. The bus stop for Milan Malpensa Airport is right outside. There's a Sichuan restaurant in the building's retail space. To get to the hotel, you go through the iron gate next door into the lobby. Follow the hotel signs, take the old-fashioned elevator on the left to the second floor, and you'll find the front desk. There's a Chinese-speaking host available, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered in the lounge, which is very convenient, cozy, and comfortable. Our family room had two beds, was clean and tidy, and both the bathroom and room were spacious. There was a kettle in the room. Be careful when showering, as the splash guard isn't tall enough, so water can spill out of the shower area. Watch out for slipping.

Just around the corner from the train station, this hotel is brand new and all the room facilities were excellent. In the middle of the night, my husband suddenly had severe gallbladder pain. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, calling an ambulance (112) and assisting with communication. By the way, in Italy, public hospital ambulances, ultrasounds, X-rays, and blood tests are all free. Luckily, it was nothing serious, and we just got some painkillers to take home.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were happily upgraded to two 1.8-meter large beds! The shower set in the bathroom worked well. This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. It's a 5-minute walk to the metro station and about a 17-minute walk to the train station, which felt pretty good.

The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future.

I stayed at the Scarlatti Hotel Milano and was very satisfied. The rooms are modern, very new, and particularly spacious. I especially appreciated the large shower and the very comfortable bed, which made the stay very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, with no waiting time. Another great advantage is the location: the hotel is in a very convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the station, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. An excellent experience in every aspect. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and efficient service in Milan.
