The hotel was fine for a short stay. We are glad we stayed. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and we had access to the beach for free. The hotel was close to everything and there was free parking which we used as we were constantly visiting family.
The one thing that could be improved is the plumbing. The toilet blocks easy. I read previous comments on this but didn't think it would happen to us but it did. It would also have been amazing if the tv was actually smart so we could watch netflix or screen share.
We would stay again for a short affordable stay

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the staff was very friendly and hospitable. The nightly activities were fun, the room service was also great. We had a variety of restaurants to choose from each day for lunch and dinner. There was a pool bbq everyday and so much more. We stayed at the luxury side of the hotel which was all inclusive. I would recommend this place as I would definitely go back.

This hotel was good for my partner and I. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was our safe place to rest after the activities in Ochi Rios. The WiFi was good for us. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. We struggled a bit with mosquitoes since this hotel is surrounded by lots of trees and plants. The bathroom specifically could be cleaner based on my preference (not that it was blatantly dirty) and I didn't like the shower curtain that was hung up. It makes the whole bathroom wet when you shower.

My mom has been wanting to go to this hotel for a while now so I decided to give her a surprise treat. We loved the atmosphere and that there was so much to do in terms of activities. They had water activities, gaming room, surfing pool, slide etc. We had a really good time. The only disappointment was the food, it was like a challenge to find something that we really like. The food was really a hit or miss and most times was a miss. That would be my only suggestion for improvement really. The drinks were just ok, nothing special. The coffee shop was ok as well, loved that it was 24 hours. Would return if the food is improved. The welcome party was also warm and inviting with the rose and champagne, that was a nice touch.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Had a little issue with the Tv remote however the young lady at the front desk quickly resolved that issue. (Thanks Shaunna-Kay)
Breakfast was included in the price. Food was tasty and staffs all very friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay.

An amazing bijou resort recently opened. Staff were polite attentive and helpful. Surroundings/grounds were lovely. Rooms had hand painted murals and were very clean and tidy, with bespoke furniture. Very well thought out. It’s a hidden Gem, and I’d love to go back and spend longer. Good place to relax and unwind.

GGuest UserFor the price it was good. The online images give a far more positive impression than exist. That said, I would return having adjusted my expectation. The location is quiet but not the easiest to reach because of the very narrow road. They do have an access via Main Road which they should consider reopening
