"Bilik-bilik bersih, padat tetapi tidak terlalu kecil. Boleh buka 2 beg besar. Terdapat juga sofa. Terdapat banyak salur keluar kuasa, yang sangat bagus. Lokasinya bagus, tidak jauh berjalan kaki dari tempat-tempat pelancongan di pusat bandar. Mudah dicari dan diarahkan pada Peta Google. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di sekitar. Kakitangan perkhidmatan yang baik Sebahagian daripada anda bercakap bahasa Inggeris, sebahagian daripada anda sedikit. Boleh tolong hubungi teksi, tapi OK, tiada masalah."

"Have been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially😄 Otherwise the room was big, toilet & amneties was great! Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place if wanna good rest before flight out."

"Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang hebat. Terdapat perhentian bas ke dan dari lapangan terbang. Ia mengambil masa beberapa minit di tingkat bawah untuk sampai ke Stesen Toyomizu-Susukino. Ia juga berhampiran dengan jalan bawah tanah. Panduan hotel sangat jelas. Kakitangan hotel ramah dan bersedia menjawab soalan untuk tetamu. Biliknya besar, serba lengkap, baru dihias dan selesa. Terdapat mesin basuh dan pengering berbayar yang sangat murah di lobi, yang sangat mudah. Ia berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah yang besar dan banyak pasar makanan serta kedai serbaneka berdekatan. Cuma bezanya loker bilik twin tak ada lampu, jadi gelap nak ambil baju. Tetapi secara keseluruhan ia sangat bagus dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sana lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang."

"Great choice for a stay in Sapporo - Premier Tsubaki I had chosen the Premier Tsubaki Hotel for a 4 days/nights stay in Sapporo to explore the city and its vicinity. Its location is just perfect! Next to the main bridge towards Downtown one can allways go on foot to the main Sightseeing and Shopping spots, great! My rate did not include breakfast and hence and cannot judge it. However, there is a fridge available in each room. So perfect, to care for oneself. I used the nice gym daily (take into account that there is a long break over noon 10-15 hrs where neither Gym nor Sauna can be used). House keeping was simply excellent! Great work done Overall, to me this Hotel makes the best place one could choose to stay in Sapporo"

"SUCH AN AMAZING HOTEL!! Coming from an airbnb in tokyo to here is an absolute 180 degrees change. We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room. Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!"

"A very comfortable stay and one I would happily return to on a future trip to Sapporo. The room was spacious by Japanese hotel standards, well maintained, and had a grand feel without being overly luxurious. After long days of sightseeing, it was a pleasant place to return to and rest. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still being quiet and convenient. What really stood out was the practicality of the hotel. The airport limousine bus stops here, making arrivals and departures very easy. There are also luggage lockers available, and Yamato luggage delivery services can be arranged from the hotel. A small tip: if you're planning to use Yamato luggage delivery, do take note of the cut-off times and delivery schedules, as they may affect your travel plans. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable base for exploring Sapporo and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again by next week."

"The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. Up next - I'll bee reviewing my hotel in Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, Hakodate and eventually Waldorf Astoria Osaka. Watch out for my space k. "We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity."

"Great location! Plenty of food options right beside. JR station within stones throw. Straight road into town and towards hotel so it’s easy to find. Within walking distance to attractions such as red brick warehouse, the ropeway so that was really good for us. Our initially booked room was crazy tiny so I’m really glad they were able to let us upgrade to a bigger room for a decent price. Imagine squeezing in a bed 1.1 metre wide for two pax!"
