The room was spacious, they provide daily cute snacks and the staff was kind (they could speak basic English). They have free parking on site that is really convenient. However, we were quite disappointed by noticing that our room was on a parking lot view and not as advertised on the website. We weren't aware that the separate shower and bath were the onsen. It was an amazing onsen - with 2 private ones for families, but we needed to walk a bit and with a baby wasn't the best. Quite pricy but nice room.

Jaccuzi & open bath are very well. The Hotel gave me a birthday present in the 1st mail when they knew that it's my birthday trip. Will re-visit again.

The fantastic service and incredible Tottori beef make it highly recommendable.

Efficiency, patient and polite front desk check in service provided, nearby JR , bus station. Staff will mention us how to collect free health items and help to call elevator to serve us. Very good. Hope to stay again in Tottori. The view of room is wide , can see 大山。 the room is large.

Enjoyed my stay here. Might not be able to spot the hotel from the station but it takes less than 10 minutes and Google map can help.

The hotel is a Japanese traditional onsen ryokan. We were happy to stay here because our room has 2 twin beds as well as tatami beds provided. It has a very pleasant balcony overlooking the Japanese garden. Although the onsen is small, it is clean and well nanaged. We enjoyed our stay very much.

이번 소도시 여행의 마지막날 료칸에서 조식,석식을 해결하고 가벼운 마음으로 귀국하기 위해 1박, 2객실 6명을 예약하고, 잘 이용하고 귀국날 아침부터 눈,비가 오더니 체크아웃시까지 그치지 않아 온천센터 버스정류장까지 걸어가기를 입구에서 주저하고 있을때 사장님이신지? 뭐라고 말을 하시는데, 번역기를 돌려 들어보니 차로 센터까지 3명씩 캐릭터와 함께 두번 왕복하여 데려가 주신다는 말씀 이었습니다. 대박!!!!!!! 정말 왕 친절, 서비스 대박~~~~~~~~ 차는 모닝급인데 눈,비를 뚫고 센터까지 캐리어와 함께 , 그것도 두번씩 왕복으로 데려다 주셔서 정말 정말 감사했습니다. 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 후기로 남깁니다. 대단히 감사합니다.

Conveniently located right in front of Yonago station, this hotel is the perfect place to stay at when travelling in Yonago, Tottori.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Hot springs is good and the beach is just a footstep out. The dinner quality is not that good as I’ve expected.
