"Great position. Quality/price very great. Well connected to center and airpor by T1 tram. In 25 mins you reach the center and 40/45mins the airport. We stayed 1 night and the room was comfortable. We arrived at 15.40 and the lady was still cleaning the room. We waited 5/10 mins outside which didn’t lead us to a bad experience. We still enjoyed and got even free coffee"

"I had a great experience at Marriott Luxembourg even though it was a short one-night stay. Arrived in the morning which was few hours early than their 4pm check-in time. However the reception girl was able to locate a room and allow me to check-in around 11:30am, super helpful that I could carry minimal while getting around and sightseeing the beautiful city. Love the convenient location, right opposite the Central Train station. Buses and trams right at the door step. Strongly recommended."

"(+) The hotel is less than 10 minute walk from the airport. To go to the city centre, you can go back to the airport to take the tram or bus (20 to 30 min to reach the centre). The bed was very comfortable. (-) The room is very simple, the bathroom is separated from the bed by a curtain for the rate I paid. The floor is quite old, the carpet will need a refresh. Overall, It is fine to stay at this hotel for a night, especially to catch an early flight or if you arrive late."

"I had a very nice time at the hotel. It was very practically located, right next to the airport terminal. The room was spacious, had a great view over the airfield, but also over a beautiful terrace garden, and the bed was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant on two different evenings and was very happy with the food and drink on both occasions. Air conditioning worked very well. There were only some minor negative points - hand soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower gel wasn't filled during my 5-night stay I especially appreciated the hotel's location on the morning of my departure - being able to wake up at 4.45am for a 6.15am flight was great! I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel overall"

"Service was excellent. Hotel is clean and staff is very polite. Pool times are horrible usually only from 17-20:00 and in the weekend on Morning and evening. Really hard to acces when you have an day out! Lovely buffet and great quality / price! There were new towels which are really annoying and leaving a lot of lint when you use them. Airconditioning works well in the rooms. Hallway is sometimes smelly in the 12th floor. Gym has no airconditioning becomes a sauna…"

"The ibis Hotel is located together with its ibis Hotel. Both share the same reception location. The hotel is conveniently just across from the airport. A bus stop is right outside of the hotel building. Busses as frequent as every 10 min during rush hour could take you to the old town / central train station within 12 min. The hotel is overall clean and with young vibe. 2 hotel restaurants serve from breakfast to dinner. We ate there for one dinner and the foods were great."

"We wanted to book a room for three people but couldn't even though the room could fit four people. They have a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, but a bit expensive for an extra person. They have kids' food sections. The location is quite good, the tram is about 2 mins walk. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I had to give them feedback with pictures to ensure through cleaning for good hygiene. I think for the price, the rooms are quite basic. Maybe it's because of the festive season."

This is a good hotel right by the central train station and not too far away from the main sights of Luxembourg City. Getting around the city is easy with frequent teams, busses and trains from the nearby station and all public transport is free within the country! The room was good and the beds/pillow were comfy. The room is a bit small but we had enough space to put our things including some space under the bed for our bags. They had a small table in the room with a chair, some shelving and a pretty big TV for the room size. The bathroom was good too with some decent shower products and while most of the room and bathroom appeared clean they seemed to be having some issues with the shower ceiling and that could use some attention. We picked this hotel for the location and the affordable breakfast option because we only had a day to explore Luxembourg and felt the hotel breakfast would be a good start to our day. The breakfast had a nice selection of breads including a seasonal pastry, a pancake machine, cereals, yoghurt and some nice deli meats and cheeses. The juice and coffee machine were also pretty good and they had some to go cups for the tea/coffee. The location of the hotel is maybe not the best for families because it is surrounded by gentleman's clubs and possibly the red light area of Luxembourg. We didn't see anything too bad but would exercise a degree of caution in this area. There are a few restaurants, bars and quite a few shops nearby. We booked this hotel mainly because it was affordable and would consider staying here again to save some money while travelling through Europe. Being here during the Christmas Market season was fantastic and there are lots of nice things to do around the city.

The place was far from the city centre. It’s in the middle of a lush forest, and there’s direct bus 4 and 32 going to the city centre every 30 minutes or so. All public transports are free in Luxembourg. There’s a self-serviced supermarket and a few salons owned by the hotel in the same building. It’s equipped with a swimming pool and gym, but there was no time to try them out. Breakfast was worth it, so it’s best if you book the hotel with breakfast on trip.com rather than adding it when you’re in the hotel, since it costs €16 for breakfast pre-booking 1 night before and €23 for the same-day booking. There are free cookies given to patrons during check-in and upon request too from 10 a.m. and they are delish! The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus stop, offering easy access to the city center as public transport in Luxembourg is free. However, there isn't much else around the immediate area. The rooms are good and clean. My main complaint would be the bathroom setup; the shower lacks privacy and a proper door, essentially being open to the room itself. Inside the shower, there's no door either, which means water splashes onto the floor and you have to be extra careful to avoid soaking everything. Without proper doors, the room also gets quite humid after a shower, and it can feel cold while washing. Otherwise, the room is nice, clean, tidy, a good size, and features pleasant, modern decor. We didn't opt for breakfast due to the high cost, so I can't comment on it. Before checking out, we couldn't open the safe, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue for us.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Cravat in Luxembourg, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel beautifully blends historical charm with modern luxury. My spacious room offered stunning city views, and the elegant decor adds to its allure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. Breakfast in the lovely dining room featured a delicious selection of local dishes. Its prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. This a pretty new hotel, minimalist style. It is situated between 2 tram station so it is conveniently located. Near the new shopping mall (with big supermarket, food hall and stores) Clo Che D'or and stadium. Room is clean and not too big, but sufficient for 2 people. If you want to go the central, just take the tram and head towards Hamillius. Easy. To go to the central station Centrale Gare, also just take the tram. There is only 1 line for tram so it is very easy. Not too far from P+R Buillon (if you take Flix Bus), there is a direct bus to and fro the hotel. We booked a taxi van for €17.7 to go to P+R Buillon at 5a.m. Oh.. forgot to mention, you can have free coffee, tea, water and chocolate at the common lounge. Love this!

Great accommodation in an excellent location. Although the room is compact, it is modern, clean, and comfortable. The reception service is good, and I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel has a beautiful view over Luxembourg and the cocktail bar takes full advantage of them. Rooms are comfortable with water and soft drinks provided in the mini bar. The staff were lovely and friendly too. There is no free parking but there is a car park under the hotel which worked out at around 35 euros a day. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel - it was very expensive at 37 euros per person, but there are several lovely cafes and restaurants in town serving brunch/breakfast for half the price - we very much enjoyed Kostas cafe. All in all, a good place to stay in Luxembourg if you want comfort, views and warm, friendly staff.

Overall, a good experience. There's a bus stop nearby. It's located in the Upper District, and across the road, there's a hill you can walk up to reach the Lower District, offering some nice scenery. It's within walking distance or a short bus ride to several popular attractions. The hotel's environment and facilities are quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast looked substantial enough to fill you up, but I didn't add it, so I can't comment on the taste.

The single room I booked was clean, but quite small and simple - I would even call it spartan. The staff was not very friendly; I would have expected a bit more. Still, I was not turned away :). The location is convenient, close to both the historical center and the European Quarter. I would stay there again, but without any high expectations.

I had a very nice time at the hotel. It was very practically located, right next to the airport terminal. The room was spacious, had a great view over the airfield, but also over a beautiful terrace garden, and the bed was very comfortable. I tried the restaurant on two different evenings and was very happy with the food and drink on both occasions. Air conditioning worked very well. There were only some minor negative points - hand soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower gel wasn't filled during my 5-night stay I especially appreciated the hotel's location on the morning of my departure - being able to wake up at 4.45am for a 6.15am flight was great! I would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel overall
