1) arrived by car and nobody answered the intercom . When I eventually made it to the reception I was told like an ***** that I had to telephone a local hotel number to raise the barrier. Inside were 40 spaces and reversing from the steep ramp was all but impossible. Luckily after 10 minutes a fellow traveller lent me an access card. Hotel should message traveller's that the garage intercom is permanently broken. Especially as it's 200 metres distance around the back from the hotel reception.
2) check in spoke to my like a child when I said I didn't want a noisy room on the side facing the main entry road into Downtown. Eventually I got a quiet back facing room.
Value for money is good , but the welcoming reception is average. Never once got a smile from any receptionist.

The hotel's buffet breakfast was temporarily cancelled without prior notice to customers, and breakfast fees cannot be refunded afterwards. Customers can only choose the ordering service provided by the hotel (one free meal per person) or check out directly. This is very inconvenient for customers who need to catch a morning flight, making them feel uncomfortable.

店地理位置一般，不在市中心，周邊也沒有任何餐館。晚飯衹能在酒店解決，自助餐是18歐/人。也有餐廳，可以單獨點餐。幾乎沒有熱菜，人均15歐，基本都是冷盤，估計是服務員從自助餐廳拿的。
房間還算OK，衞生間乾濕分離 晚上睡覺蠻安靜的。畢竟是五星酒店。有桑拿房和泳池，加分。第二天自助早餐豐盛，不錯。

Das war mit Abstand das beste Hotelzimmer, in dem ich je war. Luxus und Entspannung auf höchstem Niveau. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tolle Regendusche, das ruhige Zimmer und das bequeme Bett. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Проживали в отеле Bojatours 3 ночи. Местоположение хорошее, рядом автобусная остановка (до центра города и Big Fashion 10 минут), также много магазинчиков, кафе, пекарни и супермаркет Aroma. Персонал очень приветлив,дружелюбен и готов прийти на помощь. Номер просторный, со всеми удобствами, уборка была каждый день. Спасибо!

Не плохой отель, хорошее расположение, большие, красивые номера, не плохой ресторан в низу, из минусов можно отметить - попался шумный номер, так как рестораны и бары внизу на улице.

酒店位置便利， 房間整潔衞生， 就是感覺有點空曠，沒什麼人，在特殊要求上註明了不要頂端或角落房，前台好像沒看要求，還是給了一間角落房， 而且房間偏大，温馨感欠缺， 衞生間的照明不夠亮， 洗浴水温不太穩定，難操作。

This place was a bit out of downtown proper, but nice and quite. The restaurant is wonderful and priced very well! I’ll definitely stay here again when back in town.

DDavid IndrakThe hotel is about middway between an airport and the centre of Podgorica. Not the best location, but great stay nevertheless. All staff I met was very welcoming and helpful, especially Dusan working at the reception who kindly answered all my questions, printed my boarding pass etc. Room was good and breakfast served as a help yourself Swedish table had great selection too. Useful app for taxi in case you are in Podgorica is - Nas Taxi. An official taxi company, will save you and serve you well. The price is half to other taxi companies.

MmohdsharillIt was a pleasant surprise to find that the hotel was very nice. The room was spacious, and the bathroom even had a bidet. Breakfast was included and offered an excellent spread with a wide variety of choices, making the stay truly worthwhile.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and the bus station, and the city itself is very walkable. There are also a few halal dining options nearby. I highly recommend Berlin Doner, it’s amazing.
I would like to also commend the staffs at the check-in desk who speaks relatively great English as well as being helpful to print out my bus ticket.

The hotel restaurant served us very nice dishes. Our experience was a really good one, all thanks to staff at the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 25-minute walk from the airport. The location is very convenient. But if it's raining, take a taxi; there are no sidewalks in some places. The room is very spacious. The boiler heats the water to boiling point and is large enough for three people to wash. There's coffee in the kitchenette, but no tea; bring your own. The bed is comfortable and large. The breakfast is delicious and inexpensive.

The rooms are a little old and dirty, also I found belongings of previous guests in the room. So I suppose the cleaning is not very thorough.
The spa center is superb! Bib pool and lot's of facilities: sauna, steam rooms tropical shower etc. Could spend there full day, very recommended.
Staff is helpful and attentive, special thanks to Luka at front desk.
Breakfast is tasty and varied, but the coffee is really poor, both in coffee machine and filtered one.

AAnonymous UserReception and lobby are in a very good condition. Make a noble impression in any case. However, the rooms are terrible. The carpet is extremely dirty and I don't want to start from the bathroom. There is a shower fungus, the shower has 3 functions, all hole water runs, accordingly the pressure is weak. As well, it is done in the washing basin. There is no soap, but a soap shell. The clothing was smaller than the clothing itself. We had a Deluxe room and were at 2, but it was only one chair on the balcony. Breakfast consisted of buffet and the 10 € â person are not worth it. The hot dishes were always cold, the bread was so dry as it was from the day before. I can't recommend this hotel.

PPiaoxu47The location of the hotel is average, not in the city center, and there are no restaurants around. Dinner can only be solved in the hotel, and the buffet is 18 euros per person. There is also a restaurant where you can order food separately. There are almost no hot dishes, 15 euros per person, and they are basically cold dishes, which are probably taken by the waiter from the buffet restaurant.
The room is OK, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and it is quite quiet to sleep at night. After all, it is a five-star hotel. There are saunas and swimming pools, which are extra points. The buffet breakfast the next day is rich and good.

GGuest UserI booked 3 rooms. It is a very cost-effective hotel, which exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a good location, the room design is strong and practical, and the bedding is of good quality and very clean. The bed and pillow are comfortable, which I think is the most important point in choosing a hotel. The breakfast is rich and has many choices. The front desk service is very professional and thoughtful. It is a treasure hotel and I will recommend it to every friend who comes to Podgorica.

EExorcist228Единственный огромный плюс отеля, это его местоположение в 15 минутах ходьбы от ЖД вокзала, чтоб голову с такси себе не забивать, можно и чутка размяться. На ресепшене нас встретил молодой и очень вежливый человек, которого мы попросили взять на хранение чемоданы, так как заселение было через 5 часов у нас, за это ставлю огромный плюс. Внутри было ну так себе... Отель видимо уже старый. Ещё нам не повезло и было много тайских жителей, которые почему то посчитали нужным в 7 часов утра орать на всю гостиницу, ходить бродить туда сюда и наводить суету...ну сон получается был на минусе уже... Из плюсов ребята на ресепшене и местоположение, все))
