Stayed here before my flight out of KTM. Free airport pickup and drop-off is a nice perk. The downside: I requested late checkout due to an evening flight, but it was refused and I had to pay half-day rate. That was frustrating. Positives: Housekeeping staff were helpful (quick with fresh towels and trash), restaurant food was tasty, and the front desk gave a warm farewell. Good for a transit stay if you don't need flexible checkout.

Really great Hotel. Have nothing to complain. And quite good price as well. Room clean and spacious Bedding was fine Room was quiet (no noise from noisy Thamel area) People/staff friendly Rooftop bar + pool with amazing view Small gym there as well 24/7 cafe below to buy small things Didn't find anything negative

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. The skyline restaurant is the best at sunset in this hotel. They have a transparent glass floor to watch everything under your feet. Many locals also get dressed up and come here to enjoy the million-dollar-worthy sight. You can also enjoy the buffet breakfast at the same restaurant if staying here. I used the swimming pool and sauna on 9 floor. The staff there are very attentive and friendly. Feel like a queen being there! The room is super clean and smell nice! I am amazed by the A.C. System. Believe me that’s very rare to find in Kathmandu! All is very good from the beginning of check-in and till the end. They have free drop-off transportation to airport. So I would highly recommend to book the last nights in Nepal and enjoy a relaxing evening of here!

I love this hotel. Sparkling clean room & toilet. Spacious family room suits my family of 4. Warm hospitality & prompt service from the hotel staff Plus point, walking distance to Thamel tourist spot , shopping areas & new Hard Rock Cafe. And the hotel can arrange the airport transfer with one complimentary pick up. I did go to Mountain Flight to see Mt Everest, booked directly with the hotel - the greatest experience ever. The hotel also arrange our half day trip to Nagarkot. You name it - they can do everything you wish! Will come back here again if I come to Nepal. Thanks Arayatara!

Great hotel with clean rooms, lovely rooftop terrace restaurant. We left our bags here while we went hiking for two weeks and got them back right away when we came back. Nice hot shower too. I forgot to hand in the key at checkout and the hostel owners arranged with the bus drivers that the key would be brought back without issue.great service, they can help with anything you need during your trip.

Excellent location with many eateries right at doorstep. There is a Chinese restaurant in the hotel and serves excellent and delicious food. There is also a cafe at the lobby The room was superb I slept through the night especially after a long week of trekking The only downside is there is no smart TV and everything on the screen is Chinese. Best part is there is a washing machine at higher floor where guest can washed their dirty hiking laundry. Cleanliness of hotel:8/10

Amenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing

Couldn't be better. Staff gave 6 star service with personal attention in every matter. Totally exceeded expectations for the price point. Other hotels would charge $1000 per night for this level of service.
