I have stayed at this hotel several times and the cleanliness is excellent, the staff are super friendly and cordial, I just don't like the mattresses, the last 2 times they were springs and I prefer foam. It's just a personal detail.

A well-maintained hotel, located at the foot of Covilhã and a short drive from Torre. The restaurant offers a good menu, with a children's menu always available. The hotel is gluten-free certified; however, guests wishing to use this service need to fill out a form for assessment by the nutritionist. The kids' club is underdeveloped and unsupervised. Its games and toys are incomplete and old, and the entire area definitely needs attention/improvement. More consideration should be given to hotel guests wishing to use the pool, as it's often occupied by swimming lessons and external visitors during the week.

The hotel was in grait location close to the old center. Staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious with grait view. The food atvthe hotel restaurant was delisious. We recomend !

Hotel is a bit on the older side. Toilet door was not functioning great and they didn’t provide free water in the room. Breakfast options were good. And lots of parking in the surrounding area

We only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and comfortable, in a good location, with parking and the breakfast has lots to choose from. It also had a bar and restaurant which we didn't go to but looked very inviting.

After Gym Hotel races behaviour, the police led us to this hotel and it was a great place to stay. Our other commitments didnt provide the opportunity to extend our stay. The employees were friendly and helpful. We promised to visit the ancient city again.

VVimaranesBeautiful experience! The hotel has been recently renewed, has a whole new building and a wonderful new Spa facilities, which is top 2 if not the best in Portugal.
The restaurant that connects to the hotel is also excellent with a varied menu of well-made Portuguese dishes (reservation mandatory!)
Definitely a must trip to do yearly during the winter season!

CCaGirlVery nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

As instalações são fantásticas, o conforto dos quartos, a limpeza e todos os pormenores, tudo ajudou para exponenciar o conforto da estadia. O pequeno-almoço variado, saudável, de uma qualidade muito superior. A experiência no Aquadome foi igualmante excelente. A localização do hotel em plena Serra da Estrela é absolutamente deslumbrante, porporcionando uma envolvência total em toda a experiência vivida. Não consigo perceber como um hotel destes apenas está classificado com 4 estrelas. Toda a experiência vivida foi de 5 estrelas.
