"The hotel has very good food, amazing drinks, and the staff were excellent and always helpful. I would give 5 stars for the food, drinks, and service. The hotel area and pools also look nice during the day. Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. During the night, the hallway near our room was full of insects that looked similar to ants. Also, from around 22:00 until even 03:00, there were construction works happening nearby. The vibrations and noise were extremely strong — everything in the room was shaking, making it very difficult to sleep. It also looked like the works would continue for a long time. Another disappointing thing was that the swimming pools close after 19:00, which is very early for a resort hotel, especially in warm weather. Because of that, I would only give 1 star for the pool availability"

"Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out."

"The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and items were replenished quickly by attentive staff. Unfortunately, there were numerous flies around the dining area and on the uncovered food, which significantly detracted from the experience. Room service was generally acceptable, although the quality did not reflect the prices charged. It felt expensive for what was provided and fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was a welcome benefit. Unfortunately, my positive impression of the hotel changed dramatically midway through our stay. Shortly after room service had delivered our meal, I received a phone call asking me to come to reception. I was informed that because my room service bill was approaching £100, I needed to settle it immediately as I was considered a “high-risk” guest. I found this surprising and inappropriate, particularly as I had already paid for my accommodation in full before arriving. When I attempted to pay by card, I was told twice that my payment had failed. I was then asked to use another card, which I did. When I returned to my room to eat my now cold meal, I checked my banking app to understand why my first card had supposedly failed. To my surprise, I discovered that all three payment attempts had actually been processed, meaning I had been charged three times. I immediately returned to reception and showed staff the transactions on my banking app. Despite the evidence, I was initially told the payments had not gone through, that I was mistaken, and that everything would automatically correct itself once they balanced the accounts at the end of the day. The refund did not happen. The following day I returned to reception with the same evidence. Staff apologised and acknowledged that I had indeed been charged multiple times, assuring me that a refund would be processed. However, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be dealt with by the accounts department and that it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned. As I was checking out today, four days after the duplicate charges were made, I had still not received the promised refund or the written confirmation that I had repeatedly requested. In an effort to resolve the matter privately before leaving, I also sent a polite WhatsApp message to the hotel outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. That message received no response. Most concerning of all, during the checkout process the same member of reception staff attempted to charge me again for the very same room service bill that had already been paid and had resulted in the duplicate charges. Had I not been paying close attention, I could easily have been charged yet again. If I had been travelling on a tighter budget, having hundreds of pounds tied up because of the hotel’s mistake could have had a serious impact on the remainder of my trip. What disappointed me most was not that an error occurred—mistakes happen in every business—but the lack of urgency, accountability and communication in resolving it. Overall, there were aspects of the hotel that we genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and breakfast staff worked hard. Unfortunately, the handling of this financial issue completely overshadowed those positives. I have retained screenshots of the duplicate transactions, my banking records and my communications with the hotel. This review is an accurate account of my experience. If my refund is received promptly after my departure, I will happily update this review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until it improves both its payment procedures and its handling of customer complaints."

"The hotel is located 10mins from the airport via taxi. All the staff at the hotel are just amazing and so helpful. The hotel is exactly in line with the Hampton by Hilton brand with large rooms which are fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities and the restaurant has a wide range of foods which can accommodate all international travellers. The breakfast is also great with a massive range of choices. The best part is the great staff."

"I really enjoyed everything, specially the concept, “Life is an illusion” I really had an amazing authentic experience. The hotel is literally in the mountain, with a spectacular view on the Mediterranean 🌊. Staff were really helpful, food was specifically made according to my instructions, and the swimming pool & bar are just perfect. If you’re looking for a unique and authentic vibes I highly recommend."

"Keyla Hotel beklentilerimin çok üzerinde çıktı. Henüz yeni açılmış olmasına rağmen her detay büyük bir özenle düşünülmüş. Daha lobiye adım attığınız anda otelin kalitesini hissedebiliyorsunuz. Lara'daki konumu ve sunduğu muhteşem manzara da ayrı bir avantaj. En çok etkilendiğimiz konulardan biri ise personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliğiydi. Bize her konuda yardımcı olan Servis Müdürü Hasan Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz. Ayrıca Yunus Bey ve Mehmet Bey'i özellikle belirtmek isterim. Gösterdikleri ilgi, güler yüz ve yardımseverlik gerçekten olağanüstüydü. Neredeyse tüm isteklerimizi büyük bir özenle yerine getirdiler. Otelin mutfağı da kesinlikle övgüyü hak ediyor. Yemekler hem çok lezzetli hem de kaliteli malzemelerle hazırlanmıştı. Antalya'ya bir sonraki gelişimde hiç düşünmeden tekrar Keyla Hotel'i tercih edeceğim. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim."

"Отличный отель. Чистый номер, удобный. Бассейн отличный, играют диджеи. Завтрак превосходный. Место очень красивое. Единственный минус, что у отеля есть свой красивый пляж в бухте. Но туда приплывают корабли развлекательные и пока люди купаются скидывают мусор. Море становится грязным. Но сам пляж очень красивый ."

"Şahsen beklentimin çok ama çok üstünde bir tatil oldu. Otel bir kere bahçe içinde bungalovlardan oluşmasına rağmen kaldığım en temiz otel otel odalarından biriydi. Ortam, ambiyans ve olanakları da ***et yeterli ve her ihtiyacınız karşılanıyor. Küçük bir koyu var kendine ait. Tertemiz. Denizi de sahili de şezlonları ve hatta şemsiyeleri bile tertemiz. Spa sı ve kapalı havuzu var, ki kışında ısıtmalı imiş. Tek başıma bir hafta kaldım, tam kafa dinlemelik, sakin sessiz bir ortam. Cidden dinlendim. Personel inanılmaz özenli, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Yani biraz titizim ve heryerde kalamam, burda da eksik bulmaya çalıştım ama bulamadım, herşeyiyle 10 üzerinden 10 veriyorum.."

"Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!"

"Been coming to Turkey for years and although a lot of hotels state they are 5 star they usually don’t live up to the quality of a 4 star in the UK.  This place advertised as 4 star and it compares to that of a high end 4 star in the UK, Brilliant little place! Washing machine/dryer, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Large Tv in living room and bedroom with Netflix and YouTube , a health spa with sauna, pool, gym and steam room, they have thought of everything.  The whole place is very modern and classy.  Staff were friendly and helpful, I would stay here again for sure.  If I had to say anything negative it would be the breakfast which I would say don’t bother about.  It was a choice of croissants and pastries and a hot drink and although it tasted nice,  it was very limited.  But there is supermarkets close by so I just bought breakfast to cook.  Really happy with my stay. Thank you."
