每年來一次 離客户近 跨過馬路走過去就到 早餐很簡易，雞蛋 培根，牛奶，甜甜圈，麪包….水果是罐頭那樣的 隨便對付下了 附近的吃飯也有幾家，有家老有名，人很多，走路即可到，記不住名字了

We stayed here Friday and Saturday night. We booked a romantic stay cation about 30 mins from our house. The room was smaller than we expected but the beds were pretty comfortable. The worst part about the room was the thermostat. I felt that it was not easy to control. We had the heat on and it would still turn on the ac. Our room did not hold in heat very well. The best part about the hotel room was the bathroom. The shower was huge with a seat. There were two mirrors with lights and Bluetooth you could pair to your phone to play music. We did not try it but we both thought that it was a cool feature. Unlike most hotels, the fitness center had cables and fancy workout bikes. The sauna was very relaxing. We did not go in the pool or hot tub because I did have to work for a couple hours on Saturday and we got in late on Friday. We relaxed in our hotel room after a gym and sauna session. After 4 PM on Friday and Saturday, it is hard to find parking that is close to the door. We had to park in the back far away from the entrance. My boyfriend was very annoyed by this and rated the hotel a two star because of it lol. I hope to try the pool and hot tub next time we go to this hotel. I also would like to try a pool view room maybe those are nicer. We will have to try the restaurant/bar next time too. Maybe if we come a weekday the parking situation will be better. Overall it was a pretty nice stay. I hope they update their thermostats to something nicer sooner than later.

A little dated with a strange layout. A/C couldn’t get lower than 74 despite being set to 65. Was pretty much empty, so noise wasn’t an issue, but light from the hallways was. Appears that several rooms are being used for long-term stays / apartments? Ok for an inexpensive place to crash near the airport.

酒店尚可，trip.com 這個平台不值得信任，為了賺取客户的房費，謊稱當天的訂單不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到達的我，問酒店前台能否調整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答覆：平台同意調整日期即可；但本人在平台上無論如何也修改不了入往日期！提問所謂“專職客服”，永遠是機器人的回覆:不能退改！在一再追問下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一週後退款”。明明我衹需要修改入住時間（提前一天），且酒店方明確表示在平台上修改入住時間即可馬上辦理入住手續，trip.com平台卻設定不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我對這種推三阻四的機器人回覆高度懷疑：平台是在千方百計找藉口來私吞客人預付款！為了不讓這種無良商家的陰謀得逞，咱衹好改變行程，在這家酒店連住兩晚！給平台多賺佣金的機會，但絕不允許平台有意坑客。如果讓平台經常嚐到這種設計坑客的回報率遠高於正常佣金的甜頭，社會風氣真會每況逾下。無論trip.com 這個平台的擁有者是香港人還是台灣或者大陸人，都將使我中華民族臉上無光。奉勸平台所有者誠信經營，否則會自食其果。

房間非常好，服務態度非常好。前台工作人員很友好，24小時咖啡準備的比較好。安全係數比較高，佈滿攝像頭。

設施：這個是扣分比較嚴重的，房間裏持續可以聽到空調風機都聲音，對於睡眠比較輕的來説，差評。 但比較好的是他家的接駁車班次多，一共三輛，基本不用等。 環境：樓下泳池開到9點，下面小朋友玩的很開心，但對於衹想好好休息的人來説，是必須要等到9點以後。這個酒店迴廊設計很好，但是如果遇到這種情況，就很糟糕。 服務：早飯也一般。種類不多，麪包硬的啊哈哈哈，我還以為這是法棍

The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

Excellent value for money. I picked this hotel last year because it was convenient to meet some friends nearby and used it again this year because it was a very good value as wel as convenient. Will likely use again in the future.

It was a short stay but it was pleasant! I have stayed in hotels that were $600+/night that weren’t even as up to par. I enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, tidy, and had every necessity. I would stay again!

결혼 30주년 기념 미국 여행중 세번째 휴양도시 트레버스 시티 전형적인 미국의 중소도시 호텔 작지만 미국적이고 조용한 호텔 또한 도시의 특급호텔과는 다른 진심어린 친절함과 청결함 또한 소박하고 정갈한 조식 아름다운 미시건호수 또한 조식 식사중 레스토랑 스텝이신 연세 지극하신 여성분께서 미국군인이셨던 아버지와 함께 용산기지에서 1년가량 사셨던 이야기 너무도 좋았던 호텔입니다 기회가 된다면 다시방문하고싶은호텔입니다 적극 추천합니다.~~^^
