I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near Hyundai Premium Outlet. I chose a high-floor room with a lake view, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It made my holiday feel very special. There is a small minimart and a money exchange machine downstairs on the lobby floor, which was very convenient. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a kids’ club, a gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

辦入住時剛好大廳客服有位會中文的帥哥熱誠接待辦理入宿手續，並詳細介紹仁川機場回程搭車訊息。真令人滿意。這次被安排住2516房。房間寬敞乾淨，也有提供一次性備牙膏牙膏及清潔用品。床墊舒服好睡且寬大，沒天都會清潔房間並提供2瓶水及一次性牙刷等備品。7樓有提供自助早餐選擇，唯一美中不足的是連續吃了6天……菜色都沒有變化。都是相同的菜色。有點單調，當然吃飽是沒有問題的。酒店外面有很多各種餐廳美食館可以選用，不怕半夜肚子餓。仁川機場大巴8837可直接到達酒店對面下車，這點很方便。回程就在酒店後門等車即可。可刷乘車卡或給司機現金目前大人一位是15300韓元。車位是對號入座。所以如果要回程去機場要提早等車。因為如果是熱門假期。車子客滿就不會停車載客。酒店全天都有提供暖氣在室內溫暖舒適。

I stayed at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Han River during my trip to Seoul, and it turned out to be a practical and convenient choice, especially for exploring the city. The hotel is located near Goyang area close to Goyang Stadium and Hyundai Premium Outlets The rooms are suprisingly big for 3 as we picked a large setting. The bed was comfortable, and essentials like fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a clean bathroom were all in place. The staff were polite and helpful, assisting with directions and basic requests. Check-in was smooth, and the overall service was reliable, though not overly personalized. The hotel offers a simple breakfast option with a mix of Korean and Western dishes. It’s convenient, though not particularly standout. There are also plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants if you prefer to explore local food options. Wyndham Han River is a great budget-to-mid-range option in Seoul—ideal for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness luxury.**

we had a great stay .... with a very good location accessible to many restaurants and the bonus part is that it gives us an impeccable view of Unsejong Lake , 24/7 with the full biew of tje cherry blosooms in full bloom ... I would have no hesitation recommending it to my friends !!!!

Personally like it because it’s very clean, and they provide free parking. The only downside is that I never expect the traffic can be this bad, from hotel to gangnam takes about an hour, for 20km journey! Nonetheless, I’d stay back this hotel in future.

Hotel location is bit far from seoul but it is okay when you have car. In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. Surrounding is clean and quiet. Best for families

I needed to take a bus from Dongtan Station. The laundry room is only available to corporate customers, so I used the coin laundry across the street. It was winter, so moving there was very tough. I wanted to use the laundry room even if it meant paying extra.

식당도 없고 아침은 그냥 크림빵 하나에 아메리카노 작은 팩에든 맛없는 초등급식용 쥬스 이게 답니다. 아메리카노 못 마시는 분들 설탕, 우유 절대 없으니 근처 5분이상 걸어나가서 편의점에서 사가지고 와야합니다. 사진같은 풍경 없어요.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the property is new, but it’s located far from most attractions. The staff is generally friendly, though at times there seems to be a noticeable difference in how Black guests are treated. Housekeeping could be improved, as cleaning requests are occasionally missed, items are not always restocked, and sheets are rarely changed unless specifically requested.

WWe chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay and were impressed by its location in an upscale neighbourhood surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. Transport was easy—with the GTX-A line nearby, you’re in Seoul before you know it. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with several great dining options on-site. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by a significant issue. The air-conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite informing the front desk, we were advised to open the windows instead. With the low air quality, this quickly led to sinus congestion and hay fever for our family—definitely not ideal before a flight. On top of that, nearby construction made it hard to rest with the windows open, and our request for a room change was declined. Had this issue been handled better, it would have been a perfect stay. The location and amenities are excellent, but customer service and maintenance need improvement.
