A new and polished hotel, Marinabay is everything you need for short stay. With a nice view for some rooms over the Marins, it’s well positioned. Being out of Central Seoul is in a fairly sparse part of the city and for restaurants and bars, you will need a 20-30min taxi into town. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very helpful. For business travelers it’s perfect as each room has a desk. Rooms are larger than average versus downtown hotel. Has a roof top pool and an indoor pool but as it’s February for my visit, I didn’t use either.

辦入住時剛好大廳客服有位會中文的帥哥熱誠接待辦理入宿手續，並詳細介紹仁川機場回程搭車訊息。真令人滿意。這次被安排住2516房。房間寬敞乾淨，也有提供一次性備牙膏牙膏及清潔用品。床墊舒服好睡且寬大，沒天都會清潔房間並提供2瓶水及一次性牙刷等備品。7樓有提供自助早餐選擇，唯一美中不足的是連續吃了6天……菜色都沒有變化。都是相同的菜色。有點單調，當然吃飽是沒有問題的。酒店外面有很多各種餐廳美食館可以選用，不怕半夜肚子餓。仁川機場大巴8837可直接到達酒店對面下車，這點很方便。回程就在酒店後門等車即可。可刷乘車卡或給司機現金目前大人一位是15300韓元。車位是對號入座。所以如果要回程去機場要提早等車。因為如果是熱門假期。車子客滿就不會停車載客。酒店全天都有提供暖氣在室內溫暖舒適。

Hotel was very near to Goyang Sports Complex, which was important for us to attend the BTS concerts. Room was cosy and clean, and staff were very polite and always responded instantly if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return again if there was another event at Goyang! 💖

Spent three nights here, overall good especially considering the price, just 10 min walk from the station, walking distance to all attractions
Self check in, no staff
Bed is nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom is too but walls, bed's headboard and chair are incredibily dirty, clearly a mistake to get textured/cloth-covered walls and chairs because the stains are almost impossible to clean, the overall vibe of the room feels dirty even if it's clearly been cleaned (and floor, bed, bathroom are clean).

I needed to take a bus from Dongtan Station. The laundry room is only available to corporate customers, so I used the coin laundry across the street. It was winter, so moving there was very tough. I wanted to use the laundry room even if it meant paying extra.

WWe chose this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay and were impressed by its location in an upscale neighbourhood surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. Transport was easy—with the GTX-A line nearby, you’re in Seoul before you know it. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, with several great dining options on-site.
Unfortunately, the experience was affected by a significant issue. The air-conditioning didn’t work throughout our stay, and despite informing the front desk, we were advised to open the windows instead. With the low air quality, this quickly led to sinus congestion and hay fever for our family—definitely not ideal before a flight. On top of that, nearby construction made it hard to rest with the windows open, and our request for a room change was declined.
Had this issue been handled better, it would have been a perfect stay. The location and amenities are excellent, but customer service and maintenance need improvement.

In room dining menu is limited There is Hyundai department store with good food court near you can have a bus just in front of the hotel. Hotel service is good staffs are friendly. we had a great stay .... with a very good location accessible to many restaurants and the bonus part is that it gives us an impeccable view of Unsejong Lake , 24/7 with the full biew of tje cherry blosooms in full bloom ... I would have no hesitation recommending it to my friends !!!!

Pemandangan Haengridan-gil, Janganmun, dan Suwonseonggwak-ro sangat menakjubkan. Kedai serbaneka di tingkat satu, bersama-sama dengan ruang legar, menawarkan kopi, teh, penulen air, ketuhar gelombang mikro, dan barang pakai buang seperti cawan kertas, yang saya gunakan dengan baik untuk snek lewat malam yang lazat. Bekalan dapur Seyeon lengkap, dan bilik itu hangat dan selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, sinki bilik mandi tidak mempunyai penyumbat air atau rak tuala, dan jubah mandi tidak mempunyai tali, yang agak mengecewakan. Namun, saya berpuas hati dengan lokasi dan kebersihannya, memandangkan harganya, dan pasti akan kembali.

WWangxinWe stayed here for a business trip. It's very close to the Seoul outlets, which makes shopping super convenient. The only downside is that the dining options nearby aren't great. We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, and the only place still open was the fried chicken restaurant run by the hotel on the first floor. Everyone there was Chinese, too.

AAnonymous UserLuggage storage was well-managed, and I received a tag. Check-in was at 3 PM. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store, which was very handy. Getting to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress by bus was quite easy, but the subway station is a bit of a walk, about 10-15 minutes. The room was on the smaller side, making it difficult to fully open a large suitcase.

벤벤트리Recently, I had a minor disagreement due to some less-than-ideal service, but the staff's handling of the full parking lot here was the epitome of kindness. AAnonymous UserI booked this place because I had some business in Pyeongtaek! It's newly built, so it was very clean and great. The location is very close to Pyeongtaek Station, and there's a convenience store just a second away, so it was super convenient.
Haha. The hot water in the room was great, and most importantly, the water pressure was great.
The pillows were especially comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep!

GGuest UserStayed in delux room for 5 nights, it’s good and clean, great location for me, for others, depends on where they need to be, but a station to go to Seoul is a few minutes away, 2 big shopping malls and good restaurants around is a big bonus.
But! I’d be really grateful if stuff let me know that I can have kitchenware for extra few dollars a day (10,000 won), found out on my last night because I did not even have a spoon in the room to eat an yoghurt, while having stolve, washing machine etc, and I was told it’s too late, tomorrow I can get what I need. While my check out was the morning after.

GGuest UserOur stay was perfect. Our room was clean , the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from. We chose this location as it was very close to a shuttle for Caribbean Bay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My son loved the kids playroom and the bunk bed in our room. We will definitely be coming back in the fall.

Overcomplicated and inconvenient pool booking system.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Seongnam Sports Complex, one of the best places in the area for jogging, walking, or enjoying the outdoors. If you like to start your day with some fresh air and exercise, you’ll love how easy it is to access the stadium and surrounding paths.
Aside from the amazing location, the hotel offers a very clean and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was fresh and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. The heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the room comfortable regardless of the season.
The bathroom had all the essentials, and both the water pressure and hot water were excellent. The staff were friendly, responsive, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. One of the staff members, who seems to be the owner, speaks excellent English, which made communication very easy.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and public transportation is very accessible, so getting around is simple even if it’s your first time in Seongnam.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent value for money and especially ideal for those who enjoy staying active while traveling. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
