Отель чистый, с новым ремонтом. Отличный завтрак.
Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

uno de los mejores hoteles si hablamos de la calidad de servicio y las amplias y limpias habitaciones. De verdad muy atentos extremadamente amables y acogedores. Si prefiere senderismo - justo al lado queda Val d'Incles - no se necesita coche - se puede alcanzar a pie. Vistas del balcon fenomenales y el balcon si que tiene una buena superficie.

Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

Hôtel magnifique, très joli cadre, la décoration est incroyable. L’accueil est ultra chaleureux. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses et propres. Notre chambre avait vue sur la rivière et les pistes de ski. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, avec une très jolie vue, un buffet froid sucré/salé et des plats chauds à la carte. Un vrai régal!
Le spa s’étend sur 3 étages et même un petit bassin extérieur. Il est très propre.
Le tarif est totalement justifié aux vues des prestations fournies.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

El apartamento estaba limpio pero, desde luego, no era válido para 4 personas. Es un apartamento que, como mucho, es válido para personas.
La ubicación es excelente pero también hay que tener en cuenta que la recepción sólo abre 2 horas al día así que también es complicado contactar con ellos.

현현정이다This is the hotel I chose to enjoy Andorra skiing with my family! It takes 2 minutes to get to the slope by van to the ski resort, and the van is always waiting in front of the gondola tower. It was easy to rent a ski right at the ski rental shop and gave me a lift ticket at the hotel. Thank you for your service. It's a really unforgettable trip!!

RReazerThe hotel is very beautiful, very beautiful, the decor is incredible. The hotel is very warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had views of the river and the ski trails. All staff were in small care for us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very beautiful view, a cold sugar/salt buffet and hot dishes on the map.
The spa is located on 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool.
The price is fully justified for the purposes of the delivery.

The location is excellent, but you must also bear in mind that the reception only opens 2 hours a day so it is also complicated to contact them.

IIana TianA beautiful place! Everything was clean, the view in the window is beautiful.
A little less than in the photo. Very pleasant service. Parking underground is 13 euros per hour.
It is possible to self-settle at night.
