My family and I only stayed for one night, as we only did a day trip to Dilijan from Yerevan, but it was such a lovely hotel! I would definitely come back and stay longer. Such beautiful views from the room balconies, as it's right against the forest. There is also a pool, a game room, and a sauna, but I didn't make use of those. I sat on the balcony reading for a bit. It's a very spacious hotel, with a lavish breakfast buffet provided in the morning. It also had free on-site parking, an elevator, and was very easy to navigate. Since I was travelling with older members of my family, Best Western was one of the few hotels in the area that were easily accessible (e.g., elevator, no required stairs, etc.). It's right off the highway, so easy to get to, and a short drive into the main area of Dilijan where there are several great restaurants!

Думаю это лучший отель в центре Дилижана по всем параметрам. Очень чисто, гостеприимно, современно, при этом не дорого. Отлично подойдёт тем, кто работает в поездке - на первом этаже есть бесплатная рабочая зона, где можно присесть с компьютером и никто вас не потревожит. Так же как и на террасе на крыше с шикарным видом. Ставлю все пятерки и отдаю все свои должные))

We booked Casanova Inn to enjoy the scenic beauty of Dilijan and we were extremely happy with the decision. The place is close to the city centre, has lovely views of the mountain, great food that is cooked freshly to your taste and wonderful hospitality right through. Wahan, the manager was at the entrance to welcome us and took care of all our needs. We did a full board which we usually don't as we love to explore different places but we were not disappointed as Wahan would check everyday on what we would like to eat and have it served hot and delicious. Hike would serve fresh spread of sumptuous breakfast at every table each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the boutique hotel to anyone planning a stay in Dilijan. Wahan even went out of his way to get firewood late in the night and have the fireplace in the dining room working when a couple of guests requested. We all had a lovely cosy chat around the room sipping herb tea or hot chocolate. Thank you Wahan and team for your attentive care.

It was a great rest in the middle of the hectic working week. The peace, the warm rooms, the nature, the welcoming staff, the welcoming and playful dogs, the tasty home made food, was worth having. I restarted my mind and effectiveness. The noise of the river was a nature therapy for me.

The accommodation can only be praised. Clean and pleasant. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You can always order food that is excellently prepared. We were especially surprised by the rich and very good breakfast. You only need to be careful when entering the parking lot, which is very steep and in a bend.

Отель супер чистый, немного в отделении (1.5-2км от основных кафе), но для нас это было плюсом. По шумоизоляции не можем ничего сказать, так как были одни на этаже, поэтому никого не слышали. Девушка на ресепшн супер милая и позитивная. Спасибо за наш отдых
