Хороший, просторный номер. Были в конце апреля, на улице было холодно и в номере включили отопление, поэтому находится было очень комфортно, спасибо! Отличный завтрак, после него можно не обедать) Небольшой минус: на территории нет парковки, поэтому машину нужно оставлять в переулке у отеля, но машины там ездят редко)

Очень крутой отель! Как маленькая Швейцария! Все чистое, новое, вкусный завтрак! Классная зона бассейна, запахи в гостинице улет, музыка у бассейна супер, обслуживание на высоте, сюда хочется вернуться!

We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system. It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate. Apart from that, the hotel and the room were very good. The TV was great as well. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was very, very warm. Overall, it was an interesting and positive experience.

It is ok for budget conscious and light travellers. Otherwise one has to carry the luggage through a very narrow lane with concrete wall on both sides and then up a narrow flight of steps. It has a slanting ceiling which is less than 1.5m high in my room. I banged my head on to it several times whenever I walked further from my bed. Only children can sleep on that bed. Amenities are as expected of a guest house- no slipper, basic toiletries , no kettle and tea/coffee making. However, this is provided in the shared kitchen. Breakfast is very much local with coffee bread tomato fruits local biscuits and cheese. Location is off the main road and generally taxi is needed to get to city centre. The host should provide a door bell or intercom and a sign for arriving guest. Not able to communicate in English but the host tried very best to accommodate guest's request and used oral google translate to communicate.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan. The stuff was friendly and helpful. When we encountered any problem they found an immediate solution for it. Huge thanks to each of them especially Mrs Hermine who went above and beyond to make us feel part of a big family. We stayed in the family room. The room was clean. We had a beautiful view to the swimming pool. Breakfast was finger licking delicious. Cakes are must to try. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and absolutely loved it. It’s a bit pricy but worth it. Among other leisure activities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and table tennis) water aerobics and yoga are must to do at this hotel! While doing yoga at the open air terrace, you enjoy not only the process of yoga but also the nature. Overall, highly recommended!

Great view , fresh air the hotel located 4km from the town have buses also near to hotel 1hr walking you get great views some local shops , Rooms are great & clean Breakfast also good They have restaurant & sauna also try

Чудесный отель. Свежее, чистое белье, чистота в домиках. Сами домики двухэтажные - на первом этаже кухня, гостиная, санузел. На втором этаже-две спальни и санузел с душевой. Есть свой выход на задний двор с мангалом и креслами-мешками. Есть балкончик из спальни с чудесным видом. Не секрет , что в Армении беда с центральным отоплением и мы ехали продрогнув, уже не ожидая тепла. Но на удивление , в доме было тепло. Мы еще попросили растопить нам камин. Очень уютно, тепло, красиво и тихо. Уголок тишины и спокойствия. А какие чудесные люди на ресепшене и работники- радушие одно

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby. The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed. I enjoyed our visit here, and definitely will come back in summer.
