Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance

A nice hotel with great location, 5 minutes walk to 中央大街，friendly and helpful staff top notch service (蘑菇and杜丹丹）。Great breakfast and afternoon tea.The bed was really comfortable.Overall we enjoyed our stay! Will come back again 😊 这次入住体验感超棒！酒店位置绝佳，离地铁和商圈都很近，出行购物超方便。房间干净整洁，床品柔软舒服，睡得很好。前台小姐姐蘑菇和下午茶小姐姐杜丹丹服务热情周到，还主动推荐了附近的好吃的，整体性价比很高，会再次选择！

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. Didn't expect that, but super thankful for that. Wish you all the best! Thank you very much 😊

Отличный отель. Номера чистые, кровать удобные. Единственный минус, в номере присутствует посторонний запах когда только заходишь в номер, но после включения кондиционера запах пропадает. В номере есть телевизор, жаль только показывают только местные каналы, в некоторых гостиницах ловит и российские пару штук. На ресепшене с удовольствием помогут вызвать такси и так же решить другие вопросы. Завтраки мы не брали, поэтому оценить не могу. Все по большей части находится в шаговой доступности. Мы спокойно прогулялись до ТЦ, парка, бани и др мест.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay. I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied. Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed. I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected. When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Initially, I booked a room without a window, but I found it quite suffocating,especially in winter when it felt dark and gloomy. I asked the receptionist if I could change rooms, and they kindly upgraded me to a spacious room with a window for only an additional 28 RMB. The reception staff were incredibly kind and sweet, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The location is excellent just a 5 minute walk from Sophia Cathedral and the food market inside the mall. Overall, the combination of friendly service, convenient location, and comfortable room made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
