I recently checked in for what was supposed to be a quick one-night escape, but honestly? It felt like I’d accidentally booked a lifetime subscription to bliss. From the moment I arrived, every detail screamed “luxury”. And the staff? They’re the unsung heroes who turn a hotel stay into a heartfelt hug from a long-lost friend. From the security up front, check-in staff, room service up, swimming pool, buggy, restaurant, up to the valet staff are professional and full of smile. My room was a sprawling sanctuary that could easily host a small family reunion. High ceilings, plush king beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathrooms? A spa in disguise, with bath-up, rain showers that rival any monsoon and bathtubs begging for a good book and bubbles. Look, no place is perfect—except maybe this one, but I’ll play along. We enjoyed the stay, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The small indoor playground for kids wasn’t well maintained. Toys were old and broken, there were storage stuff around the room that looked dusty and messy. One kid’s tent even looked moldy. Breakfast selection was average. Overall, for the price paid I’d think it’s worth it! Short walk to Kuta beach, with many restaurants, massage places nearby.

Wonderful resort with a lot of restaurants, entertainments, activities and lovely responsive staff. Breakfasts are amazing. We had anniversary, so the hotel prepared for us an amazing compliment in the room. That was so lovely 🤩 The little disappointment was only about room amenities. The TV couldn't connect WiFi, so it had to be changed. The flush tank didn't work in the toilet, so we had to call technical staff to fix it twice. As well as I didn't notice ventilation in the toilet. Hope it will be solved until our next trip.

I've stayed at three hotels around Nusa Dua, and this one offers the best value for money. 1. The pizza at the beachside area was delicious. 2. We booked a family room, which had two beds – enough space for a family of five or six. This is much better than the other hotels in the area. The spaciousness made for a very comfortable stay. 3. The breakfast was decent, on par with other five-star hotels nearby. 4. There were plenty of swimming pools, about five or six of them. Downsides: There was no place to hang clothes to dry. This seems to be a common issue with hotels here. Even just a drying rack on the balcony would be helpful, especially since kids play at the beach every day and need fresh clothes.

Was a good place for a cheap stay, service and the people were lovely, although do expect noise from the neighbouring rooms as the walls are thin, other than that it was a good stay

Excellent value for money, this hotel is truly fantastic. It's incredibly close to the airport, with local specialty shops nearby and a wide variety of restaurants. The free breakfast is absolutely outstanding, genuinely approaching a domestic five-star standard. The cleanliness is also quite good, and the service is exceptional! We felt very safe and secure. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we come to Bali. It's really excellent, and you can even see planes from the rooftop without any noise. The facilities and everything else are all perfectly in order.

I had an amazing stay and wished I could have stayed longer. The property is spacious, and the experience was truly enjoyable. I appreciate the complimentary room upgrade. However, the bathtub is a bit small, and the water pressure could be improved.

Incredibly convenient! Located between the international and domestic terminals, it's less than a 5-minute walk to either. What's more, the hotel restaurant even offers direct access straight into the international terminal, which is extremely handy.

Location, friendly staff, room condition are amazing. The room felt damp a bit but bearable. However, the water is absolutely DISGUSTING. I took a shower and the black water came out. I heard that water quality in Bali isn’t that great so I changed the shower filter immediately to shower with cleaner water. My filter became pure BLACK after taking one shower. I had to change the filter every single day and the result was the same. I was so disgusted that I had to take a shower, brush my teeth and wash my face with this filthy water. If it wasn’t this issue, this hotel is amazing and would come back again. However, because of this water issue, I would never come back here.

The hotel is very convenient since it’s close to the airport and it looks quite impressive from the outside. However, the service was a bit disappointing. During check-in, no one helped with the luggage (maybe because it was busy), and the staff at the front desk seemed rather cold with little communication. I booked through Trip.com, but they didn’t even ask about my membership status, so I didn’t really feel any membership benefits (even though I’m only Silver). The room itself was fine, but unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with several bites from small insects. For dinner, the food tasted good, but the tables weren’t cleaned properly and had a lot of crumbs left. The serving speed was quite slow, and the staff weren’t very attentive—you had to go find them yourself, though once called, they responded appropriately. Overall, the hotel is convenient and offers okay value for money, but don’t expect too much in terms of service.
