⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Hotel Urban Lion I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Urban Lion. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the service was quick throughout my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near IGI Airport, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The food was tasty, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable stay in Delhi. I would definitely choose Hotel Urban Lion again!

Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The service was a tad bit slow, but it’s really not an issue. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional and we enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

During most trips, a hotel is just a place to sleep, but this stay felt different. What I appreciated most was how smoothly everything worked, allowing me to focus on my travel plans instead of worrying about accommodation. The staff was knowledgeable about the local area and shared useful suggestions on places to visit, nearby restaurants, and the best times to avoid traffic. Those recommendations helped me save time and enjoy my trip more efficiently. It felt like getting advice from locals rather than simply staying at a hotel. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained. After spending the day exploring, it was nice to return to a clean room where I could relax and recharge. The atmosphere was calm, and I never felt disturbed by noise or unnecessary interruptions. One thing that stood out was how approachable the team was. Whether I had a small question or needed assistance with planning the next day, they were always willing to help with a positive attitude. Overall, this hotel added value to my trip in ways I didn't expect. It wasn't just about the room—it was about the helpful people, the convenience, and the smooth experience from beginning to end. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful four-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect—the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was exceptionally warm, polite, and helpful. The hospitality was outstanding, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Every detail made my stay truly special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The check in counter staff looked very busy in his phone call other staff members were laughing chit chatting around but no one was attending the customer standing for check in at 5 pm. Same story at check out at 10 am . Except counter staff service style other things are ok .

Stayed at Rose House and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted — friendly without being intrusive. Great location, easy to get around from here. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting

Iva premium Very close from the airport and right beside the highway. So, no hassle of the crowded narrow dirty lanes of Mahipalpur. No noise. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's a new hotel. Exactly one year old. Hence it's very clean. No worn down, used look. Bathroom clean. Geyser installed in the bathroom. We can switch it on anytime. Bedsheets very clean. Towels also clean but not as crispy clean as the bedsheets. Room size comfortable for two people. We had a third bed provided and we could manage fairly well with 3 large suitcases inside the room. Fan and AC provided. Even outside the rooms, the corridors are wide and bright. And clean and fresh. There's an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. We had dinner there. Decent food - vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Not expensive. Our room booking had a complimentary breakfast option. But since we were going to take an early check-out at 4.15 am we assumed that we will not be able to avail the breakfast facility. But then their restaurant is open 24*7. So they said that if we wished to, we could get breakfast anytime before our checkout, even through room service. I assumed that we would just get toast, butter, jam and tea at that early hour. But they were ready to serve us anything off their breakfast menu. We had a hearty breakfast of stuffed parathas with pickle and yoghurt, hot toast, butter, jam and hot tea. Our booking didn't give us the option of picking free airport drop-off so we assumed that it's included (since the name of the hotel suggests the same). But it turned out that it wasn't included in our booking, yet they obliged us by giving us this service free of charge. I would surely recommend this hotel especially if you want proximity to the airport. It's right on the service road. You don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic jams on the inner roads. Also, while looking out for decent hotels close to the airport I came across many hotels which were scams- they gave false information about proximity to the airport. Quite a few even displayed false photos of their premises and their rooms, their location etc . So I was genuinely worried about this hotel right from the time I booked it. But I had no cause for worry. It's clean, it's comfortable. Location is very convenient.

1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid. 2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn. 3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old. 4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery. 5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. What I particularly appreciated was how easy and convenient everything was, from check-in to settling into my room. The staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help when needed. This created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was neat, well-prepared, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and all the essential amenities were provided. It was also evident that the hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Another major plus was the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to major routes, ideal for travelers, and everything you need is nearby. Even late in the evening, the area remained lively, which added to a sense of safety and convenience. What I liked most was the excellent value for money. For a reasonable price, you get comfortable accommodation, good service, and a convenient location. For travelers looking to save money while still enjoying a decent level of comfort, this hotel is a very sensible choice.
