The quality of food served in the restaurant was excellent, with each dish reflecting the high culinary standards of the hotel. One of the most serene and enjoyable aspects of my stay was the calm private beach accessible to hotel guests. Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!

Beautiful property and perhaps one of the biggest Fairfield property. The service was professional and the room was cozy with all basic amenities. Beach is just a few hundred meters away though it’s not a private beach. Overall a wonderful place, most important for me was that it was not located in a crowded area. Breakfast buffet can improve.

Номер просторный с 2мя кондиционерами и огромной трассой,отличный вай фай, к сожаление были всего 5 дней из 18 в Гоа, т.к. На весь срок не было мест. До моря неспешным шагом 10 минут. Рядом на центральной улице вся инфраструктура отдыха - кафе, магазины, фруктовые лавки. С удовольствием вернёмся снова! Спасибо всему персоналу за атмосферу гостепреимства и доброжелательности!

This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

Amazing Stay at Hyatt Centric Goa. Nice big room and they had a extra foldable bed for our small kiddo. Pool was nice. Location and safety standards were perfect to explore North Goa.

Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Very nice Hotel in Calangute. Rooms are small but clean and Modern. The white and Yellow theme goes very well. Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

Особо хочу отметить - отличная большая кровать с замечательным матрасом. Но самое отличительное - это владелец! Manjay - спасибо за всё! Можно обращаться по любым вопросам, всегда постарается помочь и пойти навстречу.

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

A jewel of its own. Close your eyes and book it, you will thank me!!! Everything, from the building, to the rooms, to the facilities, to the employees, to the surroundings, to the gardens, to the services, to the hospitality, to the food AAAAAAAAA+++ . A big thank you to the reception manager, to the room service manager and to each & every employee! A place to be!! Am coming back !
