I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a strong positive impression. I also appreciated the level of security in place, with both car and personnel screening at the entrance, which provided added reassurance. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was splendid with a great variety of options available. A special mention to Nithin, who assisted us during check-in! His professionalism and warm demeanour stood out, although I must say that the entire team demonstrated the same high standard of service. I will definitely choose this hotel if i visit Bangalore!

A television without channels and unable to connect to WiFi. It seems illogical to have such a large TV when it's prohibited from connecting to WiFi. Additionally, the satellite TV only offered a few free channels at best. They also charge for the plates.

Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

I like this hotel. Conveniently located, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.
