The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

Sarapan pagi tidak terlalu buruk sama sekali Mungkin saya pernah makan kecil-kecilan tapi sedap, tapi makan yang ini rasa macam kantin besar. Kafeteria sangat besar dan boleh memuatkan dua kumpulan pelancongan yang besar. Croissantnya manis, timunnya agak masam, dan pancake yang dibuat dengan tangan cukup sedap. Jika anda melakukan perjalanan dengan mudah, anda boleh memilih di sini. Jika tidak, anda boleh melangkaunya. akhirnya! ! Apabila saya mendaftar keluar, saya dicaj 7.8 euro untuk cukai bandar saya memaklumkan Ctrip dan ia dikembalikan kepada saya🤷♀️

Nice place located in a green area not far away from Venice, the railway station and the ferry Port. You can park inside and the location offers all the basic services needed; bar, restaurant, mini market, self service laundry and self dispenser for snacks/drinks,coffee

Lokasi sangat baik, hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki dari Mestre. Walaupun berdekatan dengan stesen kereta api, ia tidak bising langsung. Sama sekali tidak perlu tinggal di pulau utama yang mahal dan menyusahkan.Jika anda tinggal di sini, anda boleh pergi terus ke pulau itu dengan kereta api atau bas. Saya menghadapi sedikit masalah semasa mendaftar masuk, tetapi perkhidmatan pelanggan Ctrip cepat menyelesaikannya, terima kasih. Kalau kena cakap tak elok, memang sarapan tak cukup kaya, hahaha

Everything is good except the hotel is very noisy. Wall between rooms is very thin, u can hear the noise when ur neighbours talking loud or walking.

Decent hotels and stayed a few times, however this current time, they gave the wrong bed. I had requested a king size bed, but they just gave two single beds :( The walls had marks on them which had indicated that the cleaning of the room was not to the best of standards. There was also a bulb missing from the lamp.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Amazed with the beautiful room along with the excellent services. Luggage were sent to room prior checkin. Amenities are fully provided. Mattress are comfortable. Equipped with Europeans classic furniture and carpeted.

The reception is very helpful. He is very helpful to explain and friendly. His name is Alessandro if I'm not wrong.

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

Удобная локация в паре мирут ходьбы от вокзала. Неплохие завтраки. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. В номере нет ни шкафа, ни полочек, ни крючков (включая ванную комнату), вещи разместить негде. Пара плечиков и полочка. Про холодильник, сейф и воду в номере я уже молчу, слава богу, что хотя бы окно открывается.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

Very good location. Just directly opposite the Mestre train station. Less than 2 mins walk. Opp hotel there is this super good Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou family. Fried rice is so good and much much cheaper than Switzerland. The hotel has special opening manner where u have to insert your card in a slightly different way than other hotels to unlock the lights

Wonderful stay. Very clean, friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast. Very easy to access to the train station and city centre. Will definitely come again if back to Verona. Would be better to add a kettle to the room

We consider that Gardaland Hotel is the most convenient option for visiting the Gardaland Resort theme park. The park is not very far and the Hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the park. Our 3 nights stay included the park tickets for me, my wife and our daughter plus the tickets for Sea Life (which is a nice addition). The Hotel is very clean, the food selection is good and tasty. We opted for the dinner package at Wonder Restaurant and we are happy with our choice. The staff is helpful and friendly and even though they address you in Italian, they speak and understand English.

A nice clean little hotel on the outskirts of Verona, not too far from the airport. I used it whilst on business. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms are a good size and come with all the basic necessities to enjoy a comfortable night, including good shower and plenty of bed space. I did not eat here at night but had the breakfast which is the one weak spot I found. The quality is not good compared to the rest of the hotel. I mean this in the nicest possible way as breakfast service was good but brioche, fruit juice etc not good. using the online pre-book breakfast service is also not particularly recommended. All said and done i was happy here and would certainly stay again.

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights in February & we couldn’t have picked a better location for seeing the beautiful city of Verona. Around a 15 minute walk from the train station, the hotel is right next to the main square & arena, and a short walk to Piazza Erbe & Juliet’s Balcony. Our apar**ent was spacious & clean, had cooking facilities such as microwave, kettle & hobs. The bed was super comfortable. The slight negative came with the bins being collected from outside the hotel each morning, but on the whole our experience was very positive. We would happily choose this hotel again when returning to Verona.

The hotel itself was lovely, but the staff were amazing - especially in the dining room, they couldn't have been more helpful! The hotel has pretty much everything you would need for somewhere you don't plan on spending any time in, and why would you with all the amazing Italian country side around?? The bedroom was huge and functional, so seemed a bit sp****, but again, you didn't need anything extra. The only problem is it's in the middle of nowhere, with only big outlet malls nearby. The front desk were really helpful though! When we arrived in the area we had no idea of public transport as there's not much help online, but the front desk had loads of information! The breakfast was pretty standard fare, but there was plenty of it and, as I said, the staff there were just amazing with their help (my partner has dietry requirements and they accomodated them so well, and actually went out of their way to do so).

Great position for bus into town , good breakfast, nice coffee, bedrooms big beads cool with air con . Helpful staff, reasonable price 15 mins to town on bus 7 mins to bus and train station 2 euro about 12-15 in taxi all good easy check in. Ask about local pool platys centre great for cooling off 5 star facility for a swim as hotel has no pool. I slept well bed was fine huge

Loved this hotel. The staff all spoke some English with most speaking English fluently. Staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and excellently maintained. Excellent food, and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Rooms are of a high standard. We loved the patio dinning experience. Great value for money and really would be nit picking to find any fault during our visit. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved this hotel and it’s 2 minutes away from the Motorway.

Stayed at the Eurocongressi for four night. My partner and I were greeted by the lovely ladies in reception. We were given our room and It was lovely. Had a lovely view of the village. The hotel is dated but that doesn’t take away the cleanliness. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and rooms all mopped. There’s a good selection of cakes and pastries for breakfast and a few options of eggs and omelettes. Plenty to choose from. It’s in a good location, I would suggest hiring a car if you plan on travelling to sirmione. We absolutely loved our time at this hotel and in Italy. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay here.

We were in Gardaland adventure hotel and Gardaland park few days ago. Hotel is very nice and all employees are very polite. We had dinner in Tutankamon restaurant and special praise for waiter Vicenco. He served us 2 nights and he is so kind and friendly

The location of West Point Hotel is quite strategic with Decathlon and Iper Familia across the street. The bus station is around 200 meter away. Actually it is much nearer if the side gate is opened. We took bus from Verona Porta Nuova to Dossobuono and dropped in front of Decathlon, walked a little bit and we reached the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and had many varieties. The room was clean and tidy, enough for single traveler like me.
