Perfect location!!! We landed on Treviso Airport, there is a bus from the airport to the central station with is 4 min walk to the hotel. Same with train to Venice Island is going very often and it’s approximately 10 min ride.
I really recommend to take a breakfast €11 buffet with desserts, coffee, tea, juices.
Clean rooms, nice social places on the ground floor. Lovely staff.
Just be aware kitchen only has microwave and fridges, there is no option to cook yourself. However big pizza slice costs €3,5 outside ;))

The hotel breakfast was decent and quite a big seating area. The staff there were on top of everything, just wish they were a little more welcoming when going to it. The room was very small, barely any room for the luggage. I had to crawl over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. I didn't like how a key was needed to.open the door and there was no working lock on the inside. I felt unsafe as if someone could pick the lock and go inside. For location, I like how it's very close to the train station and there are lots of bus routes in the area.

Alles bestens , mit Auto sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage nahe Autobahn, Affi Shopping Mall Grandaffi, Nähe zum Gardasee, Verona usw , gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Region.
Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Parkplatz kostenlos.
Für meinen Bedarf sehr gut.

This hotel is right in front of the beach plus they have a private pool. It is one of the most clean hotel I've ever seen.
I had breakfast and the selection was the usual continental one, there were eggs, ham, croissant, cakes...a mix of sweet and savory.
The girls at the reception are very kind and smiling. Definitely an enjoyable place to stay.

The place is great for a budget-friendly stay near Venice. However, there is no free shuttle for guests without their own transportation, so we had to walk 20 minutes to the bus station and then wait another 20 minutes for a bus to reach Venice center. This was misleading considering the amenities listed. We paid around 60 euros for a 2-day, 2-night stay. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay overall.

GGuest UserMy friend and I stayed here for a night. We were allowed to leave our bags in lockers before the check in time which was really convenient (but bring your own padlocks) The room was pretty clean (just a bit worn out) and spacious, beds were comfy. The storage space under the bunk beds was big enough for the backpacks but also required your own padlock. There were two bathrooms in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a common area outside and inside. Enjoyed our stay!

Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! La prossima volta soggiornerò di nuovo in questo hotel!!!! (Inoltre, i fiori nella foto non li ho raccolti io, ma dal pavimento dell'hotel.)

The location is convenient, offering easy access to Venice by bus, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of major attractions, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft, comfortable bedding and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and paying attention to thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would choose it again next time.

AAnca GWe had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and the most comfortable bed! The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station taking you to Venice or Padoa. Will definitely return to this place.

MMartin SnellingWe recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating.
The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel
Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia).
The hotel itself was very clean but:
- The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor.
- Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom!
- Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside.
- The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush
- Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

AAnonymous UserVery disappointing experience with discriminatory attitude at the front desk.
We simply asked for an extra blanket, but the staff misunderstood us repeatedly, even after explaining three times.
Instead of helping, the receptionist made unnecessary and inappropriate comments about Chinese habits compared to Europe, saying things like “Europeans don’t change toothbrushes every day” and “this is not how Europeans do things” — we never asked for a toothbrush, only a blanket.
In the end, they only brought a duvet inner without a cover, still not understanding our request.
Location is fine, but the rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory service from front desk ruined the whole stay.
Not recommended.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is super convenient, right next to the train station, and the soundproofing is great. It's small but has everything you need, and both the bathroom and room are very clean. It's really handy for getting around Venice; if you want to visit the main island, you can just hop on a train nearby and get there quickly. Breakfast was good too.
