Stayed here 2 nights, easy walking distance from the station and then able to access all the main tourist sites. A very comfortable hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, would recommend.

The hotel is easily accessible by foot and surprisingly a big hotel with escalators (easy for travellers with luggage) and a big hotel lobby (considering that it is a business hotel in Japan). Stayed as a family of 3 (with a child). The room was fine with 2 beds but no space for big luggage. We actually paid extra at the Front Desk for my child to stay together but was disappointed that it does not come with an extra bathroom towel nor room slippers. I asked for 1 more pillow and was rejected too. But one of the male staff at the Front Desk was extremely helpful which was a bonus. He gave a suggestion in passing me 2 blankets which I can stack them and use as a pillow. We liked the view from our room too. We are able to see the the busy train tracks with Shinkansen and cargo trains. The stay comes with breakfast and dinner too. Overall, it was a great stay. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay at The Knot, Hiroshima! The hotel is stylish and perfectly located, making it so easy to explore the city. The bar was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely incredible – there were so many options to choose from. I loved the small touches in the room, like the chic dressing gown, which made the stay feel extra special. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A standout for me were The Knot Coins – complimentary tokens for snacks and drinks – I used mine for a Basque cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

Excellent location. Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean. It provides light breakfast with hot coffee/tea and packs of self-baked bread, which you may eat inside the room or in the hall. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The Santiago Hotel presents itself as the premier option for budget-conscious travelers and sightseers whose main priority is location and convenience in Hiroshima. Situated right in the city center, the hotel offers outstanding value, allowing guests to stay in a clean, private space without the high cost typically associated with such a central location. The primary strength of the Santiago Hotel is its genuinely unbeatable location. Guests can walk to major landmarks, including the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome, in just a few minutes. This centrality extends to local life, with easy access to shopping areas and central dining options, such as the famous Okonomi-mura. Furthermore, the property itself is relatively new, having opened or been significantly renovated around 2020, ensuring a clean and modern environment.

Regular room 22m: Pros: Amazing location, lovely and helpful lady staffs who spoke good english. Clean and modern design/materials, newly equipped with amenities. Cons: Whoever designed the rooms probably never did housework: You have two rows of hangers that will overlap with no closet space and only luggage rack size for a carry on. No hooks in the bathroom, corridor, or shower for anything. It was very tight even for solo traveling with 1 luggage. Also the hotel was built in 2025 and the mattress is already very worn, which made for poor sleep. Thats it just two things that really stood out but really affected the stay.

Very pleased with our stay here: nice room, larger than most, with a little desk/work area and a massage chair. Great shower, tub, toilet, sink combination room. Easy location to station; dining choices at the station are many, many. Hail taxi at station is easier than from hotel. Exercise room was big and beautiful but had treadmill, elliptical and a floor mat and that's all. They really need to add Swiss ball, a step-aerobics step (or two), a small rack of free weights and a couple benches, and a cable tower with attachments. Would be an exemplary fitness center! I am glad we stayed here, would stay again and would recommend to others. Did not use restaurant.

Like most of the hotels in Japan tiny little rooms for too much money. I wasn t able to open my suitcase on the floor. The onsen was good, breakfast also, even though no food items were labelled in English, which is a no go in a tourist city like Hiroshima. Moved to another hotel the next day, much bigger room and cheaper.
