The hotel's location is superb! Right out of the Shinkansen, you don't even need to leave the station. Just walk south for about 5 minutes, and you'll find the dedicated elevator. The room overlooks Hiroshima Station, offering expansive views, yet it's surprisingly quiet. The interior space is decent; larger suitcases can fit under the bed. Facilities are very new, and the bathtub is huge. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

It's spotlessly clean and very convenient, not far from Hiroshima Station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly thoughtful. I arrived early on a rainy day, and not only was my room already spotless, but they also kindly allowed me to check in ahead of time. Seeing I was drenched from the rain, they even offered me a towel to dry off. Their hospitality was truly heartwarming. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance to visit. Hiroshima is a wonderful place.

Came back to this place a second time. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a river view room which was on the 15th floor - spectacular view. We were fortunate and got a double (maybe slightly larger - almost a queen sized) bed. The room was not huge but it was big enough, we weren't cramped. The only real downside is there is no onsen or swimming pool.The staff are friendly and helpful. We would come back again.

This is our second time here. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. We left our baggage to go around the city for the day and they brought our luggage to our room making check-in hassle-free and convenient. Thank you very much! We will definitely stay here again if given the chance to go back to Hiroshim

The room is not that big, but is adequate for 1 person and is kept very clean. Breakfast at the ground floor restaurant is not buffet style. There is a choice of Japanese, western or mixed sets. Tickets can be bought at the front desk. There is a Family Mart downstairs, which is really convenient. The Chuden-Mae Tram Stop is just outside the hotel, with trams heading to Hatchobori (the main shopping district), Hiroshima Station, Bus Center, Atomic Bomb Dome, and Port. Also short walking distance to Peace Park and Hondori Shopping Street.

The room was quite large and well-maintained. However, the toilet still had a lingering old pipe smell. The bed was fairly comfortable. The water pressure was sufficient. I discovered the air conditioner in the room was broken. After the staff inspected it, they changed me to a different room. The air conditioner there was cool enough. However, after adjusting the temperature, it only blew out weak air. I had to turn it off and on again, and avoid adjusting the temperature midway. I chose 22 degrees Celsius, which felt just right.

Nice hotel, seems very new and in good condition. Super helpful reception staff who spoke good English and helped me book the massage and recommended a great Izakaya nearby for dinner. The massage itself was however pretty average. Breakfast not bad although the male staff seemed annoyed after I entered around 8:50am, but continued eating until after 9:00am. Perhaps the hotel should make it clearer if 9:00am is the last entry time or need to leave by 9:00am.

Staff is very helpful from checkin. Check in is processed on machine with staff assistance. Room is big in Japanese standard. Very clean , it comes with fridge and good amenities. Location quite central and easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Couldn't fault a thing. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was impeccably clean. The service was polished and efficient, and the staff's friendly greetings made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Toyoko Inn No. 1 and No. 2 are about the same distance from Hiroshima JR Station. I stayed at No. 2 this time. I got off the airport bus and walked to the hotel in 7 or 8 minutes. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are together. There were many people when I checked in, and it was very crowded. There was a guy who could speak Chinese, which saved me a lot of trouble. However, the hotel can only enter the room at 4 pm. You can check in one hour earlier by paying 1,500 yen for membership. The room is really small, and the facilities are simple. There is a long queue during breakfast, which is really bad. I can only stop complaining because of the cheap price.
