Hotel Dengan Pools di Al Madinah Province, Saudi Arabia

The hotel has a great location and it's kind of newly built. However the service it's not what you'll be expecting from Radisson Blue brand. The staff are ok but when you want some help you'll not receive a 4 stats service, more of 2 stars. I had an AC issue with my unit, and the staff did not help whatsoever, even though all what it takes is 2 minutes to swipe the room!

Absolutely amazing stay! From start to finish everything was perfect. The service is outstanding — every staff member is genuinely kind, ready to help with any request, and solves any issue promptly. We were truly impressed; we’ve honestly never experienced anything like this before. We stayed at the Celestial Villa and it was fantastic — spacious, spotless and beautifully designed. We highly recommend it! The food at TAMA Restaurant was outstanding as well — we especially loved the breakfasts, which were simply exceptional. We also spent time at the Caravans area — it’s stunning, cozy and with the same top-level service. I was here with my mom, and she said she would come back again and again — and I couldn’t agree more! ❤️

المنتجع بشكل عام جداً جميل و فوووق التقييم ان كان موقع او نظافة الاطفال راح ينبسطو جداً و فيه اكثر من فعاليه لهم داخل المنتجع بس شدني انه النادي النسائي ما يفتح الصباح وهذا شي غريب انا احتاج اتمرن بداية يومي و محد كان معاه مفتاح للنادي الا الظهر جات موظفه و لقينا المكيف خربان اتمنى بس يزبطو هذا الشي

Good location, close to all the points of interest in the city of Yanbu. However, it is a little bit far away from industrial area. A very typical Ibis hotel, very convenient.

The combination of these factors makes it an excellent choice for both relaxation and exploration. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous attention to cleanliness and detail. The rooms were immaculate, and the resort’s overall ambiance was both welcoming and sophisticated. The proximity to local attractions was a game-changer, allowing me to effortlessly explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. In summary, Shaden Resort offers the trifecta of location, cleanliness, and convenience, making it a perfect base for any traveler. Highly recommended!

This hotel is truly delightful. The staff is very welcoming, sharing a story and offering a brief tour before check-in. The ambiance is magical, largely due to the reliance on candlelight rather than extensive electricity. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only minor reservation was the pervasive presence of the SAB bank logo. While subtle, once noticed, it became apparent in nearly every design element throughout the hotel. Nevertheless, I would wholeheartedly rate this experience a perfect 10/10, particularly for those who appreciate its unique charm and atmosphere.

Location not so far from haram.. a lot of local youngster hangouts with friends to drink a coffee here.. I saw many girls hair free here some of them driving and they having a short hair too.. modern Arabian

Service overall was top notch with security and the hotel managers greeting you nicely. Location wise the hotel was not that convenient but is not too far from the main tourist spots in Alula. Breakfast was superb with many options and servers constantly helping you. I would say if you are looking to stay in Alula definitely come here!

Pengalaman yang benar-benar unik! Kami tinggal di sana selama satu malam, dan makan malam disediakan sehingga lewat, dan sarapan pagi juga a la carte, yang agak sihat. Penghawa dingin agak kuat, tetapi ia bersih dan kemas, lengkap dengan segala-galanya, sesuai untuk satu malam. Mengambil gambar berhampiran van juga bagus! Tapak perkhemahan ini bebas untuk berkeliaran, dan terdapat bas ulang-alik yang disediakan untuk pelbagai perjalanan. Pada waktu malam, terdapat pemandangan berbintang, dan terdapat filem luar, jadi pastikan anda membuat tempahan. Terdapat perkhidmatan ulang-alik ke kolam renang, atau anda boleh memandu sendiri. Pengalaman keseluruhan adalah benar-benar unik!
