Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

出張で1泊利用しました。 チェックイン時間の変更の電話対応◎ チェックインするとウエルカムドリンクがフリーで、ビールサーバーやアルコールも数種類有る。 ちょっとしたおつまみもあり、周囲にコンビニやスーパーがあまりないので有り難い。 部屋は思ったより広く、まだ新しくて清潔感もある。 アメニティも揃っていて、お風呂は男女別の浴場があるのが嬉しい。 コーヒーが夜も自由に飲めるのがとても良い。 朝食はバイキングで、種類もそこそこ有り味も美味しかった。 ビジネス利用が多いのか、それに向いた良いホテルでした。

一般のビジネスホテルより少し料金は高めですが、それ以上の満足感があり、ほんの数千円ケチって他のビジネスホテルに泊まるよりコスパ良いと感じてしまう。 駅から徒歩10分と少し離れてますが、イベントの中心となる青葉イベントロードや繁華街には近い。 月に一度は泊まりたいホテル。 殺菌のみのホテルが多いなか館内、室内などすべて抗菌施行済み。見た目の綺麗さより重要かと思う。 １階のcafeに自動珈琲マシーン、２階ラウンジでは自動珈琲マシーンの他に冷たい飲み物も各種取り揃えてある。 17時半からのフードサービス（数量限定）は本格的なカレーとサラダ（無農薬の808ファクトリー）。 温泉SPAはチェックイン15時～翌朝10時まで使用可能。サウナは自動ロウリュウのikiストーブ。 朝食はビジネスホテルの枠をはるかに超えている。料理のすべてクオリティ高く、珈琲ひとつとってもクレマ珈琲まであるのには驚いた。 シングルでも富士山の見える部屋があり（指定不可）まさに手が届くハイグレードホテル。

Location is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station. The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

Wing is a bit of a walk from the station but easy to find. The room was comfortable and they offer a variety of amenities in the 2nd floor lobby to make your stay pleasant.

The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

We would have left a much better review, had we not been fleeced by the hotel in regards to parking. This is a good, basic hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep & bathe. It is newer and clean, and the rooms have all the necessary amenities despite their small size. There is a coin-operated laundry available (200yen for washers, 30yen for soap... dryers were always full, so we hung out clothes to dry in the bathroom). Breakfast is very basic... miso soup, rice, salad. It is next door to the station if you are traveling by shinkansen. We were charged for parking for our entire stay despite never using the lot. On the first day, we told them we would not be using the hotel lot as it was farther than we were told and there were safer and closer lots nearby for the same price (500yen/24hrs). The hotel refused to refund us the money they charged us for the parking we never used and did not want. We did speak with a supervisor and got nowhere. Based on this lack of customer service and fraudulent charging, we would not recommend others stay here. I have noticed this issue in other reviews as well.

This was probably the best experience i had during my visit to Japan. The ryokan feels authentic yet luxurious, the service id amazing. The personnel speaks english very well. The room was just what we wanted, very spacious, tatami floors, a balcony with a city view. We even had a little bath that you could fill with water from the hot spring. The dinner was exquisite, very authentic and delicious. The breakfast was just as good, although the amount of fish dishes might be a little overwhelming for foreigners. The best part though was obviously the onsen. The cable car that takes you to the onsen really added to the experience. We had the chance to go in the evening and in the morning. Both times there were no other people. It was raining in the morning and i definitely recommend going to the onsen while it rains if you get the chance. After checking out we were offered a ride to the station by the owner, and we had a nice chat on the way. So i absolutely recommend this ryokan, i wish we stayed longer

역근처 대욕장 + 조식 가성비 갑 호텔. 조식 안먹고 커피만 마시는 스타일인데 조식 너무 맛있네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 일본 가정식이 이런 느낌일까요. 미소국이 내 스타일이네요. 완전 쪼마난 크로와상 맛있어요 세번 드세요! 어머니와 둘이 댕겨오는 여행이라 무조건 역이나 버스 터미널 근처로 위치선정해서 찾은 호텔이였습니다. 이전 여행에서는 쿠레타케 아넥스 인 (에키마에와 걸어서 5분거리) 호텔 이용했는데요. 솔직히 아넥스가 더 좋긴합니다. 이번에 연말이라 자리가 없오서 에키마에 예약했는데, 가성비 대비 잠 자고, 시즈오카역 5분거리, 신시즈오카역 10분거리, 세노바 10분거리 등 모든 걸 걸어서 사용하시기에 적합하네요. 모두들 친절하시고 너무 좋았는데, 대욕장이 많이 좁고 사람많아서 한번도 못사용한게 너무 아쉬워요 ㅠㅠ 방음이…특히 문 너머로 소리가 잘 들려요.. 학생들이 단체로 놀러온건지 (운동하는 학생들이 단체로 많이 쓰더라고요) 단체로 함성지르고 시끄럽고 대단해요.. 방은 침대두개짜리 예약했는데 너무 좋았습니당. 오래된 바닥 느낌 및 방음 제외하면, 온수 콸콸 히터 에어컨 빵빵 아주 좋습니당. 편의점도 미니스탑 1분거리 및 로손 길건너편 3뷴거리. 조식먹는 곳 저녁에 열어두시면 편의점에서 사온거 까먹기 너무 좋을거 같아용 ㅜㅜ 방에서 먹으려니 좁아유 그래도 추천😀

衛生的で良いビジネスホテルでした。駅までは少し歩くと屋根付きの歩道があるので雨でしたが、あまり濡れずに食事をしにでかけられました。 部屋には無料の水とお茶パックが用意されていましたが、コーヒーは無かったので持参するべきでした。 アメニティグッズはフロントに用意してあり、入浴剤もいただけました。 ありがちですが、ダブルベッドの部屋で片側が壁で隙間がないのでそちらに寝ると足元までいざってから降りないといけないので大変です。

Excellent location within walking distance to the train station, shopping alleys, museum and the fisherman market which serves good value seafood. Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and a lady actually recommend a less expensive carpark next door (500 Yen 12 hours comparing to 1200 Yen Hotel parking). More like a business hotel which provides no other leisure facility. Room price is a bit less competitive relative to other hotels I stay in other locations during this trip.

The location is good and staff are nice. You’ll get a bottle of water each day during your stay.

This relaxation hotel is a 15min walk from Gotemba Station. You can see the view of Mt Fuji from their observation deck. The room is spacious, and has all the amenities. They also have a public bath perfect for the winter. They serve soba every night, and breakfast is also good. Overall, very nice stay!

Fast check in process. Very clean and comfortable. Lawson and family mart close to hotel. Very close to main road. Lots of parking lot.

知多半島からの旅行の帰りに1泊しました。富士山は朝少しだけしか見えませんでしたが、お部屋の温泉と大浴場の温泉を堪能しました。鉄板焼きの夕食も美味しく、シェフの方とも楽しくお話しさせて頂きました。また機会がありましたら再訪したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

The location is not good if you don't have a car. I had heavy bags and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the hotel. I took a taxi back to the station after check out which cost 1200 yen. It is in a bit of an isolated area. Closest convenience store was about 10-15 mins on foot. The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. Rooms a bit small but I had a spectacular view of Fuji from my window. The bed was new and very comfortable. Remember to take a taxi from the station if you have a lot of luggage.

Après avoir aimé et arpenté de nombreuses contrées en Asie comme dans plus de 100 pays de ce vaste monde en soixante ans, j’ai vécu en cet endroit la première étape de mon second voyage au Japon trop longtemps reporté cause covid et bien trop marquant pour ne pas avoir envie d’y retourner… Professionnel du voyage, auteur de guides touristiques basé au Maroc, arrivant de Casablanca, fatigué par ce long voyage, j’ai découvert ma chambre et un élégant pyjama délicatement déposé sur un lit confortable... Un art de vivre typiquement japonais... Je n’avais plus qu’une envie m’y plonger et, comme disent les africains, de faire dormir mes yeux. Un matin plus tard, j’ai pu apprécier mon savoureux « Petit déjeuner japonais » Prestations et service, comme un exceptionnel rapport qualité/prix dans un pays dont la réputation est d’être excessivement cher ne font qu’agrémenter ce séjour.

お盆前の平日にシングルに1泊しました。 ルートイン系列はシングルルームは1種類かと思いますが、ツインルームくらいの大きさがありました、別館の2階でしたが。 駐車場の場所が分かりにくいです。自社HPにも記載がありますが、正面玄関前と、裏に2階建ての駐車場があり、裏のほうが台数多く停められます。 正面玄関側はやはり混んでて、裏のほうに回りましたが、場所と行き方が分かりづらくちょっと苦労しました。 正面玄関側の入り口に大きな看板を設けていただくとわかりやすくなるかと思います。 大浴場、朝食などは、全国のルートインホテルと同様のサービスです。大浴場のクローズが深夜2:00までとやや遅めなのがありがたいですね。

I booked a room for a night to stay before my early morning Mt Fuji climb. The staff were excellent, helped me with taxi booking and also held my bag the next day for me to retrieve it after my climb. Two nice surprises: free dinner of curry rice or noodles is provided, also there is a Men's bath (like an onsen) onsite, which the staff let me use after my climb to clean up. There is also a large supermarket nearby for supplies.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

We stayed at the hotel for the Atami Fireworks. Location is a nice easy walk down the slopes to the shopping streets. Plenty of amenities nearby. Room was clean and the space was well thought out. Staff is helpful. The carpark attendant that day wasn't the most friendly but that didn't spoil the stay. We were recommended not to drive to the pier for the fireworks because of traffic jam, which turns out to be true as cars were waiting just get out of carparks. However, it's a steep walk back after the fireworks as we followed google maps for the shortest route back but it surprised us with stairs. Could be an easier walk if we had retrace our steps although the distance would be longer.

The outdoor onsens were stunning but very busy. Free beverages until 5pm. The 2 annex buildings are connected so you don’t have to walk outside. The hotel is very grand. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator so I got woken up by elevator noise from 5am and couldnt fall asleep again because of the heavy use of the elevators. Rooms had stunning views of cliffs and the sea

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

池袋西口発の伊東園ホテルズの往復バスで当宿に行った。トイレ休憩や昼食時間を入れても約４時間と安価で便利だった。 温泉は、カルシウム・ナトリウム-塩化物温泉（高張性・中性・温泉）で、泉温は３０数℃で加温して浴槽温度を41.8℃にしている。 湧出量は多く毎分165ℓもあり、pH値は7.3だと、更衣室の壁に貼っていた。一般の旅館だとここまでだが、部屋の洗面台にこのコピーをラミネートカバーしたものが置いてあった。泉質に興味のある小生には感激ものだった。 夕食時には飲み放題で、ビール、日本酒等があり、小生はビールを４杯も飲んだ。バイキングは大型エビのチリソースや各種寿司、キスのフライ等満腹するまで食べた。デザートに各種ケーキ、果物を食べ、最後にアイスバーまで食べた。 加えて、魅力だったのは、カラオケや卓球が無料だったことで、２泊したいずれの日も家内とそれらを楽しんだ。

This hotel is located right in front of Sun Beach. Therefore, we had very good views of the Atami Fireworks which was fired from the sea. We had great view of the sunrise too. The room we occupied was spacious and clean. The buffet dinner was very sumptuous, with free flow of crabs and various seafood. We got to make our own pizza too. The buffet breakfast was good too. The staff members were professional and friendly. There are also bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to travel using the frequent local bus to the surrounding areas and Atami Station.

Certainly, Atami New Fujiya Hotel has seen better days. As you can figure from the equipment for the entertainment hall (which is now used as a buffet room) as well as the room doors (which require physical keys), this hotel has aged tremendously. I actually enjoyed both dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet included all-you-can-drink drink bar with draft beer, local sake, and a wide variety of soft drinks. The hotel divided the customers into a few time slots. Though I was one of the first people to enter the buffet room, I soon realized that I did not need to rush to get in. While the room became crowded at a time, the staff were quite efficient in replenishing food and cleaning up the used dishes and cups. I was able to try 2 out of 3 onsens (11th floor and annex 3rd floor). The corridor to the annex needs to be evened out. I was afraid that some people would fall on the way to the bath facility or buffet. The location, to me, was great. It was within 15 minutes from the beach, and the path to the beach had a lot of shops. I liked that the hotel provided several yukata’s (size and color) to choose from to meet the customers’ needs. My group had small to large people, and everyone found his/her favorite.

Walaupun sesetengah orang mungkin berasa sukar untuk melakukan daftar masuk dalam talian tanpa bantuan meja depan hotel yang 'betul', kami tidak menghadapi sebarang masalah. Kami boleh menyerahkan butiran peribadi kami melalui telefon bimbit kami di mana-mana sahaja pada bila-bila masa sebelum tiba. Kemudian apabila tiba, menggunakan PIN yang dihantar ke e-mel kami, kami boleh memasuki pintu masuk dengan lancar. Di lobi, terdapat tablet, untuk setiap tetamu mengambil gambar mereka untuk pengesahan maklumat yang telah kami serahkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian kami disambungkan ke pusat panggilan yang bertanya kepada kami beberapa soalan mudah kemudian ia selesai. Kami suka bahawa terdapat aliran percuma minuman panas & sejuk, alkohol dan bukan alkohol, coklat/gula-gula/kacang jepun percuma tersedia. Kami adalah kumpulan 7 orang, jadi kami menggunakan ruang bersama untuk makan kami. Bilik-bilik adalah besar untuk standard Jepun dengan sinki kecil, meja makan dilampirkan. Setiap tempahan disertakan dengan tempat letak kereta. Tempat letak kereta hanya 2-3 minit pemanduan dan kami hanya meletak kereta mengikut nombor bilik kami. Saya tidak boleh lebih gembira dengan penginapan saya di sini dan pasti akan mengesyorkan rakan-rakan untuk tinggal di sini.

6月上旬に1泊お世話になりました。 大雨の日でタクシーに乗るか迷ったのですが、熱海商店街を抜けたらすぐ見える お宿でびっくり！ タクシーに乗らなくてよかった（笑） お宿についたら日帰り温泉（大浴場利用）の方もおられる感じでした。 玄関ロビーは広くてお土産コーナー（売店）や飲料が自由に飲めるスペース がありました。 お部屋は、というと… 新館なのでかなーり建物の奥。エレベーターに乗って3階へ、そこから 左や右や階段があったりとすごく迷う感じ（到着時はお部屋までご案内あり） 新館の「満天」というお部屋をお借りしました。 すごーく広くて快適です。 冷蔵庫やコーヒー・お茶などが飲めるようになっており また、売店に売っているチョコレートや*の和菓子等を置いてくれてます。 アメニティもPOLAで揃えてあり、ベットも広くて寝心地がいいです。 内湯のお風呂は外！ 少し熱めに設定されている感じです。 季節は6月で外はさほど寒くなかったのですが 冬は外だと寒い感じかな。 （簾がある程度なのでお湯に浸かるまでは寒いかも） ひろーいヒノキのお風呂には湯の華が付いてて風流。 景色は家や海が見えます。 とっても綺麗に掃除されていました。 お夕飯は6時（時間は選べました） 食事処の前でお出迎えしてくださったのは可愛いミャンマー出身の女性。 夕飯、朝食の時もずっと立って待っててくれた感じです。 日本語も堪能で、すごく愛想が良くて丁寧な接客して下さいました。 お料理は和食で、とっても美味しいです。塩加減も量もほどよくて残すこともなく 良かったです。金目のお煮つけも上手に作られていて美味しかったです。 朝食は8時にして頂き、選べる干物と湯豆腐やサラダ等… これまた量も程よくて、炊き立てのご飯も水加減もよくて 美味しかったのでおかわりしました！ 南魚沼産のこしひかりじゃないと、という主人が「お米が美味しい」 と言ってました！ （お宿が提供くださったのは山形のお米ですがとても美味しいです） 一つ残念なのは、内湯の簀子の隙間からGが出ます（虫） 部屋に入り込んできたので、 フロントに電話して*虫スプレーをお願いしましたら うまく潰さずに処理してくださいましたが… 大きかったのでちょっと焦りました。 それ以外はとても良かったと思います。 アンケートに答えて、このお宿の入浴剤を頂きました（笑） また次回もお伺いしたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました。

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。
