Hotel Dengan breakfast di Oudomxay, Laos

The hotel room is spacious and clean windows are big with a scenic view in front. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I return to Muang Xay I definitely will book here again. One thing to cheer about is they offer free shuttle service to either Oudomxay bus or train station.

It was a pleasure to stay here. We spent 3 months in Thailand and 3 days in Houayxay, but we never experienced a European standard like this for a similar price. The road up to the accommodation might be challenging for older people with their luggage. However, to be fair, the hotelier helped me with my 30–40 kg backpack and transported it on his motorcycle – thank you very much for that! The room itself is spacious and very clean. And the bed… just amazing to sleep in! The breakfast was also delicious: dragon fruit, banana, watermelon, a variety of eggs (fried, boiled, omelet), four slices of bread, butter and pineapple jam, as well as coffee or tea. Thank you for everything you did for us and for your great hospitality 🙏🏼

It's an atmospheric hotel on the banks of the Mekong River, with each bungalow being separate from the next and having beautiful teak furniture. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay and went out of their way to help with transport and food. Two negatives, however, are limited transportation into town and the cleanliness of the bathroom. When I arrived, there was a big spider in the shower section.

Great place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong. It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng. We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.

Luxury hotel in the Laotian wilderness. We arrived on a slow boat and spent New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately, no festive event was held at the hotel, which was a little disappointing, because there is absolutely nothing to do in the village. There is a big difference between the displayed location and the actual location. It should be that the navigation version is too low. I called the front desk and there was a Chinese communicator. Then I waited for her to drive to pick me up. The hotel is very large in Mansay. The front desk procedures are very fast. Breakfast It's free and clean, but the network is a bit stuck here and there, but overall it's pretty good.

The service in the restaurant wasn't always great, lacking attention to detail. The location is truly superb, but it's a bit isolated, which means you're pretty much stuck with the hotel restaurant and its somewhat high prices (for Laos). However, the main takeaway is that it's a wonderful place. It's relaxing, well-maintained, and has plenty to do. The breakfast was excellent. The owner is very friendly, professional, and EXTREMELY helpful. Go there; you won't be disappointed. Our accommodation was superb, spacious, and ultra-clean.
