DDUKE- HUThe room has an amazing view. The two young ladies at the front desk were beautiful and provided excellent service. It's right across from the Mekong River, with a large window and a balcony. Thailand is just on the other side of the Mekong River, which was very relaxing.

RReshma TThe location is far from city center and about a 1.8km.from the bus station. The room is very big and very basic. The amenities are a small fridge, 2 bottles of water, electric kettle, 2 small soaps in the bathroom, a far and AC, they both work well. The bed is comfortable.
The bathroom however can use a good dusting and getting rid of the cobwebs. The water pressure in the sink is very low. The shower was good and hot water is no issue.
The girls working in reception could be more friendly and helpful. They try to help but they do the bare minimum and their expressions are like ”I don't want to be bothered”. Some English is spoken. The wifi is more than average.
There is NO cleaning for the 4 days we were there, and didn't get towels changed. I took out my own trash.
Oh, someone forgot a box with pizza in the fridge, and the cleaners didn't or must've forgotten to take it out when they cleaned.

GGuest UserThis is a recommended place to stay when you visit Konglor cave in Thakhek, the staff is nice the room is comfortable the Manager offering us a super nice service, and the most important is they have a really breathtaking and amazing river and Mountain View from my room. Sure will stay back again if I revisit this place.

GGuest UserI specifically came to ride the loop and visit the caves, and choosing this Marriott was definitely the right decision. The front desk rented out motorbikes that were in excellent condition and they even proactively suggested off-the-beaten-path routes. They didn't just tell us about Kong Lor Cave, but also recommended Xien Li'a Cave for its scenic bridge for photos and Tha Falang Lake as a good spot to rest along the way. They also offered free mosquito repellent and mini flashlights. After a full day of riding dusty mountain roads, it was great to come back to a shower with consistently hot water. The room's wardrobe was spacious enough to fit all our helmets and backpacks. In the evening, sitting in the courtyard and watching the sunset over the Mekong River was a perfect way to relax after riding. This is definitely my top choice for an adventure base camp.

The restaurant was a bit stark, but the food is good if you choose the right things.

GGuest UserThe best luxury hotel in Thakhek. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was also delicious.
The only disappointment was the shower, the hot water didn't come out very fast.
The electric water heater was good, but I wish they'd replace it with one that was more powerful.
There was a live band playing in the square next door until late at night, but we were on the aisle side so the noise wasn't too bothersome.
I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance to go to Thakhek. Thank you for your help.

YYanzhuoguodaoqulvxingConvenient parking, elevator, transparent and comfortable room, convenient eating, this is an unconventional small hotel, free juice, convenient eating around, there is a very famous pagoda nearby, breakfast is a la carte, self-driving Moding-Luang Prabang-Vanrong-Vientiane-Taqu-Zhanbase, Anyway, I booked this hotel on my return trip from Basse.
